It is not poverty. It is a choice. Lots are environmental fanatics who oppose them as not green….

I thought everyone said Ukraine didn’t need the us and was far more advanced and the us would be begging for Ukrainian help….

I am so out of the loop I had to try to discover what the hell is meant to be wrong here. If she is not lip syncing then I really don’t understand how this is considered bad

Strange then how Indians are all complaining!
If an Indian only hires Indians, how do you prove it’s nepotism/ethnically motivated? You’d have to challenge tens of thousands of hiring decisions. Impossible.

This is well known and why they are finally clamping down on the whole system, because it’s difficult to stop that abuse.

It’s terrible, but poetry has been moribund as a discipline for a while. The problem is a lack of market pressure believe it or not. They write terrible poetry for ten readers so doesn’t matter how bad it is.

Lucky India eh? They will no longer lose such amazing people
Replying to @Steeplemaster @cat_yoongles
Yes that would be possible, though it’s still not a roommate in the sense of sleeping in the same room like people do at many universities, eg in the USA. You often see posts that make things up assuming Cambridge and Oxford are same as a us ivy in every way
Replying to @cat_yoongles
I doubt it. I don’t think there are roommates at Cambridge. People don’t share rooms. They may have a shared house etc but not someone who sleeps in the same room
