House of Lords today debating whether they should be able to vote in a general election (currently only prisoners and peers are disallowed the vote). Stunning hypocrisy. They wish to elect an MP yet are totally unelected themselves. Surely time for the Lords to go? 🌹

On BBC news earlier: ‘tech expert’ talking about future of autonomous cars, saying most vehicles go unused for 90% of the day. So in future, if timed well, they could drop kids to school, us to work, then go act as a kind of ‘bus’ during the day... They’re inventing the taxi.

Sorry I’ve not been active here all week folks. Having a tough week putting in a lot of extra time caring for my 95 yr old Nan as her mental health is rapidly declining. The nurses talk about Dementia but I’m not really sure how that’s even diagnosed. It’s exhausting. 😴
Can any photographers help out for a couple hours in Cambridge to support a local computer history charity? You can probably get a free floppy disk out of it too.

Hey folks could you RT this for coverage pls? Even if you don’t live in the Cambridgeshire area, it may help by connecting someone who does and can spare just a little time for a lovely bunch of people and an inspiring place to visit. Thanks 🙏
Does anyone else sometimes personify inanimate objects? Earlier on, I felt really sorry for a lone sock that had become separated from its significant other and was facing an inevitable end. I’m now seeking reincarnation for it via recycling, which has calmed my anxiety. 🧦💔

An enlightened mind understands that the sock is simply part of the greater whole, and Mother Earth (Boddho) cares for all of its children equally - Eagle, Lion, Shark, Ant, Human, Tree, Boulder, Golden Crown, Cotton Sock. All things ultimately come from & return to the Earth. 🌍

The bad thing of waiting too long to update the website, is that you end up with a ton of images to resize. The good thing is finding stuff you forgot but still like. Here's a very sad Pompon... He got told off for eating someone else's clover
