I solved the faceting issue. You need to change the normal map from object space to world space.

Test render. Its very stable. I still need to figure out the faceting issue but the brush strokes are very stable. Maybe I can animate the seed value of the brush strokes so you can get some controlled jitter

This looks interesting but I wish it was lit more like a noir film or blade runner with more sharper contrast between light and shadow, instead of looking like Pixar made a sci-fi movie. Also wish this would come to theatres in India.

I figured out how to make the brush strokes procedural but it does cause some faceting in the geometry when its applied. I need to figure out why that is happening.
