Currently multiple authorities are responding to a massive train derailment in Van Buren Township Michigan. Officials are reporting that only one car in the train was carrying hazardous materials, which is reportedly showing no sign of leaking or damage at this time as authorities are asking people to avoid the area

I made a section on ordinals dot wtf (link in bio) with some articles and papers covering illegal content on Bitcoin from years ago.

My main takeaways from the recent spam attack:
1) many, even among otherwise knowledgeable Bitcoin enthusiasts, confuse mempool standadsness policies with timechain validity policies,
2) many, even among otherwise knowledgeable Bitcoin enthusiasts, confuse "spam" with "invalid".
I am a bit surprised by how many people are enraged about this jpgs-on-the-blockchain business. Adding arbitrary data was possible since I can remember.
Bitcoin doesn't give a shit about the data, as long as you pay the price to use the Blockchain. As it should.
Ok. Who of you guys had "fee pressure finally arrives, but it's driven by putting images on the blockchain" for 2023?
