My twilio + heroku issues were all due to broken GoDaddy DNS servers. Zerigo fixed everything. Thanks to @johnsheehan for the heads up!

Justed moved all our domains from @loopia to @zerigo. More features in less clicks, better API, templates, 100% SLA, subdomain wildcards etc
