New thing I'm trying. Got a server. Using claude to make ansible to lock it down and setup claude/opencode/tailscale on it. Specifically running opencode web and librechat.
I'll preconfigure some mcp's and various things so all box out staff can use it for cool stuff. I love the idea of a sales person uploading csv with emails and asking chat to enrich it based on our actual data. Who is a current customer? Who was once a customer? Who has never signed up?
End goal is web UI's I can spin up new ideas on. Using ansible so its re-usable for my other companies.
I probably archive more workspaces in @conductor_build than actually get merged in, but the ability to explore an idea separately and quickly is invaluable.
I'm using workspaces in @conductor_build as a scratch pad to-do. Have an idea, make a workspace, move on.

There are generally 2 types of LLM users, those that use it to learn everything , and those that use it so they don’t have to learn anything.
I’m really wondering how far I can get this mini map in @conductor_build to go and it will eventually go off screen. I know I *should* make another chat but now I’m compelled to see what happens.

For real though, folks. This is a bad idea on my part, here’s the line changes.
Plus, I manually added `main` into @conductor_build to work on this repo directly.
I’m knowingly doing all the things wrong here.

@conductor_build Thank you! Thank you so much.
@charlieholtz This goes a long way. Thank you so much for the quick turn around.
And since you gave a mouse a cookie, could we get that excellent drag and drop repo reordering back, too? And for the workspaces within the repo if it’s not too much.
When I worked for @robertHarr, he would often say “Software is hard,” and in the age of AI-assisted dev that axiom is still true.
Software is for humans, and while there are universal patterns, there are also varying situations. If we share edge cases, we can help guide the AI.

The project-view fit how I work better and it comes down to scan-ability of what is important to me, of which status is not.
I have 15+ projects in Conductor so far. I hope to add many, many more.
I can understand that larger teams spread across a couple projects at a time may find status view a boon and there are solo-devs and small teams with lots of active projects using Conductor, like me, that may find the status view gets in the way.

@conductor_build Hey! I love the app, it’s made a huge impact on how I work. Thanks!
I see you made a major change to the sidebar. It seems like use tool and I also can’t find an option to switch back to the project-first view that better fit how I organize my work.
