$200k days yet had so many big guys telling me we don't actually automate anything
i was actually playing geometry dash like i said below and had this entire batch of holior swipes finish mid game
might stop tweeting about this and just keep to myself ahahaha
few insights on our creative process to hit $200k day in less than 3 months:
1. traditional creative strategists are obsolete, our creative team is literally 3 editors (@argon_delta)
2. manual intent no longer exists (sort of)
with the tools that exist, we were able to step away and play 2k and geometry dash..
while all research, swiping, scripting, editing, and learning were fully automated
there is no need to waste time reading breakthrough advertising or manually trying to learn and study your customers thinking patterns
the focus for us was on optimizing and automating our entire workflow to pump out ads that are as good as whatever the top ecom brands are doing right now + focusing more on volume rather than intent to learn much faster
3. there is zero need to reinvent the wheel, swipe what works and remake for your own product.
"learning" how to make ads doesn't exist anymore
whatever people say about "you can't just oneshot ai to take a swipe and make it for urself" is false to an extent.
your ego is stopping you from handing off creatives to ai because you keep reading that it isn't good enough yet.
3. EVERYTHING is automatable with ai
there is nothing in the process of making creatives that requires human work anymore, and if you don't get ahead you will get gapped very shortly during this new meta of ecom.
may or may not talk more about this in the future
there is a LOT of gaps i'm not filling in this tweet, if you're pushing some solid rev feel free to dm me about anything i mentioned.
anyways some more advice on how we do this:
you need to obviously have some brain when it comes to creatives
if you've been around the space long enough and you've pushed enough revenue
you've been either purposefully or subconsciously building pattern recognition on why ads work
if you haven't been in the space long enough (or maybe u just don't learn) just spam hundreds of top ads to ur agents
then go spam evolve docs/vids or some copywriting course/books to teach ur ai why something is working
once you've done that the last thing is just grading
go mess around with a few outputs, try building an easy ad with a swipe
if it messes up you should know what to tell it and you can just continue training over time
eventually you'll get what we have and be able to see an ad and take it for your own immediately and use all the information you've gathered to start testing your own concepts
or even have some smart hires do that for you if you're that lazy
just throw ur self into the water and fitfo
$60k today off a handful of drama concepts (not total rev)
all ai, besides me prompting
the people in my dm's/comments saying "not possible yet" are looking at the wrong bottleneck
the tools are fine
the hard part is prompting ur agents to learn why a winning ad works
and generating is actually the easy part
YOU don't have to learn that shit urself i would rather watch reels
but the training is what takes hundreds of hours
an analogy i came up with for the game we're playing is how people used to describe cheaters in highschool
"he spent more time figuring out how to cheat than it would've taken to just study"
exact same thing in ecom
and btw no i will never sell my systems lol
