Pretty easy to see how Georgia goes in November if you’re open-minded. Jackson or Jones win easily against Bottoms, who can’t draw in Black men like Abrams can. This hurts Ossoff too, and he’s sent to a runoff against the Republican. Then Ossoff stands alone against the entire GOP Machine in the December final. Since Democrats have already lost the senate, they’re not motivated to show up. Sure, college lib whites do but not Black voters. Ossoff is no Reverend Warnock. Trump of course takes this race very personally. One, it’s to avenge Walker. Two, Ossoff is the other Georgian Dem who won in the Fog of Covid in December of 2020. It’s all too much for Skinny Joe O. He loses by a decent margin and fades quickly from the national scene. Last we’ve heard of him, he’s organizing a comeback for Trudeau in Canada. Harris becomes the Dem nominee in 2028 and Vance promptly wins 36 states, including New Jersey. Bob Menendez is pardoned and permitted to run for Senate again as a Joe Lieberman for Connecticut Independent.
