An artificial womb just successfully grew a baby lamb. This is disturbing on so many levels and giving me serious Matrix vibes. We’re really entering the “playing God” era… next thing you know, we’ll have large-scale human clone production.

They didnt "grow" a lamb fetus. Lambs were deliberately delivered prematurely, but fully formed, from pregnant ewes + placed in Biobags for an experiment in 2017.
The longest one survived 4 weeks in the bag before dying of complications shortly after "birth".

I feel like I would not want to be having a one-on-one conversation with the overwhelming majority of the gen-Z commentariat. I would not want to be in an elevator with Drew Pavlou or Dean Withers or Hasan Piker. I would not even be interested in a book rec from them.

I created two indexes of religious activity.
Private is stuff like prayer outside of services, reading holy texts, and watching services online.
Public are things that inherently social -- attending in-person worship, prayer groups, etc.
Public religiosity doesn't change much when I break it down by age.
Private religiosity does, though. Gen Z Christians are engaging in fewer activities than their parents or grand parents.
