I am not sure I understand Ghana anymore. That one of the three agency chiefs of the National Security system openly set up several companies and started to do all manner of business, including with other government departments? How? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ And the company was set up with the same name as the agency in question? And major security contracts were awarded to it? Blatantly? No investigative body, no intelligence service, and no surveillance system in the entire government noticed this and flagged it? How? And these same agencies are the ones to defend the country from external aggressors? If national security agency bosses are able to do this right under the nose of the government, how easy would it be for a foreign power to buy the entire apparatus? Forget "foreign power". Anyone aware of such schemes could easily have compromised national security either through extortion (by threatening to expose) or by buying access and influence through business deals.
