Here are a couple of interesting data points from Adapty's report. US vs Middle East. The difference is crazy. US: 6.94% start a trial, 26.2% convert to paid. Middle East: 3.38% start a trial, only 15.1% convert to paid. But here's the interesting part: There's almost a 2x difference in paywall-view-to-trial-start conversion rates: 6.94% in the US vs 3.38% in the Middle East. And the paywall-to-paid conversion gap is even bigger: 2.75% vs 0.70%. Almost 4x!

This is fucking cool. One of the coolest things I've seen in months. Just going through all my onboarding screens and paywalls with an AI editor, all in one workflow. It's one of the fastest-growing products inside Adapty because there's a direct correlation between good onboarding and high conversion rates. If you're not building your onboarding/paywall like this, you're literally NGMI. As a compliment, I wanna build onboarding flows and paywalls for 2 people for FREE! Just comment your app link below, and let's build your high-converting onboarding/paywall together!

POV: You're about to spend $300 on 500 installs with a 0% conversion rate. If you're about to click the Start button, STOP. Instead, go to a Michelin-starred restaurant in your town and have a good time with your family.

Attended last year and was impressed by every detail. Amazing organizers, incredible community! If nothing unexpected comes up, I'll definitely attend again this year. Still on the fence? Just go for it. Don't think twice!!

All of X is now saying Apple banned remote config and A/B testing libraries. First, relax. NO, Apple did NOT ban A/B testing or remote config libraries. What Apple is doing now is more strictly regulating A/B testing / remote config and asking you to clarify how these different features / paywalls are shown. Most of this isn't new. Apple wants you to document what you're showing users, under which conditions, and make those experiences accessible to App Review. For example: - Showing different paywalls based on Custom Product Pages? Document the variants and explain when each one appears. - Showing different paywalls based on onboarding answers? Same thing. Document the conditions and attach screenshots. - Running A/B tests with different onboarding flows or paywalls? Explain the variants so reviewers know what users might see. Sometimes documentation may be enough. Sometimes reviewers may want to see all these experiences / screens. Then you will have to show them. You're not doing anything wrong just because you control these experiences through remote config conditions. That's OK! But if you're using remote config to hide functionality from reviewers, you're definitely breaking Apple's rules. And Apple is making that clearer than ever. And if you're doing something against the guidelines, your entire account will be closed. And if you've been scrolling through your timeline over the last few weeks, you've probably seen what this account termination experience feels like. Be honest. Be transparent. Don't play with fire, especially given that Apple is more sensitive than ever in this AI app era. The issue isn't A/B testing. It's hiding functionality from App Review. Keep testing. Just be transparent about what you're testing.

Wow! 🤯 Peptide apps are now banned from the App Store. This is both good and bad news. Most small developers will probably have to shut down their apps. But 1–2 serious players who figure out how to operate within the regulations will survive and make a fortune. In the AI era, staying compliant with regulations areas might be your biggest competitive advantage!

Google Ads literally brings in the most low-intent, NPC-like users if you run an install campaign. They spend 10 seconds max in your app and just leave. I understand that install campaigns aren't designed to target high-intent users, but it's nowhere near this bad with Meta or Search Ads. Be really careful with Google Ads install campaigns. Ideally, don't even run them or waste your money on them.

Everyone used to say, “Distribution is hard. I don’t even know where to start.” Now there are more ways than ever to get your app in front of people. So what's your excuse for not focusing on distribution?

Wow, 9K followers!! 🤯 Could never have imagined this when I posted my first tweet about my Kotlin coding journey. Crazy how it all started with Kotlin and slowly turned into something completely different. Thanks to everyone who follows along and finds my content valuable! Really appreciate you all!

Apple Ads literally gives you the ability to launch a new app and scale it to $10K MRR with zero audience and almost zero marketing skills. I don't know any other channel that's as scalable as this one. You just need to find popular keywords and competitor keywords using Adapty Apple Ads Manager, launch your campaigns, and let its automation increase bids on well-performing keywords and automatically kill the underperforming ones. If you've already spent at least $5K on Apple Ads and still haven't managed to make it profitable, I'll help you for free with setting up your campaigns, optimizing bids, and making them profitable. Comment below and I'll DM you.

Instead of adding more features on your App, do this: - Start Apple Search Ads. Spend $100 to test it. Apple offers $100 in free credits for new accounts, and even $200 for some. - Start posting organic content on TikTok. Even basic slideshows are better than doing nothing. - Try spending some money on Meta Ads. You'd be surprised how some apps can run profitable campaigns from day one. - Start testing TikTok paid ads. - Find your niche on Reddit and share your app strategically. Don't just directly promote it. Talk about your experience, share useful insights, and actually help people. Adding one more feature probably won't increase your MRR, but getting 1,000 new users might!
