Happy birthday @Anticleric !
Hopefully your covid symptoms have dissipated enough that you can enjoy the day.
Another moderately low carb hack
I love & miss is peanut butter, especially in candy
I tried almond butter since it has lower carbs, but it tastes like peanut butter dragged thru an ashtray.
If you mix in a little Spenda, a spoon full is a great treat

Latest low-carb iteration
Bacon-wrapped tuna fish rolls
Delicious!

A new variation on the tuna fish sandwich @Anticleric
@JonVirtual @Moike_the_Squid @skyworxx
Little sandwiches with pan fried salame instead of bread with tuna fish filling. It's pretty damn good (thanks for the fried salame tip Blair)
Wash it down with a michelob ultra gold.
Fried eggs topped with Cheddar and Tapatio, a side of sausage, and coffee for breakfast this morning after coming back from a walk with the dogs...
Its not fancy, but another great low-carb snack I discovered: low fat salame and melted cheddar.
@JonVirtual @Anticleric @Moike_the_Squid @skyworxx
Today's low carb lunch masterpiece: fried spam and tuna fish sandwich with salad.
@Anticleric, @skyworxx, and @Moike_the_Squid, thought you might appreciate this... :-)
