"Pay a trading guru $2,000 to teach you a strategy" No mf I learned the same strategy for free on YouTube while you're paying some guy in a rented Lamborghini to teach you basic supply and demand Here's the strategy most $2,000 courses teach. I'm giving it to you for $0 right now: Step 1: Open a chart of NQ (Nasdaq futures) on TradingView. Set it to the daily and then 4 hour timeframe. This is free Step 2: Before the market opens at 9:30am, mark the previous day's high and previous day's low. These are your external liquidity pools. Institutions need to raid these levels to fill their orders. Draw a horizontal line at each one Step 3: Also mark any fair value gaps and order blocks from the 4 hour/1hour chart. FVGs are inefficiencies price left behind during aggressive moves. Order blocks are the last opposing candle before a displacement. These are your internal delivery targets. When price returns to these areas, it tends to react Step 4: Wait for the market to open at 9:30am. In the first 5-15 minutes, price will spike aggressively in one direction. This is the liquidity raid. The market maker is pushing price into stop losses to fill institutional orders. Just watch Step 5: Wait for the sweep. Price will push past the previous day's high or low, or internal/external liquidity levels (one of the levels you marked). This raid triggers thousands of stop losses. Liquidity gets grabbed. This is your signal that the move is almost done Step 6: Wait for displacement. After the sweep, look for a large aggressive candle in the OPPOSITE direction. This candle should have a full body with minimal wicks and leave a fair value gap behind it. It tells you the market maker model is now delivering price the other way. The real move is starting Step 7: Enter on the pullback. After the displacement candle, price will retrace back into the FVG or order block it left behind on the LTF. Enter on this retracement. Your stop loss goes behind the sweep high/low. Your take profit goes at the next liquidity level in the direction of displacement. Minimum 1:2 R:R, ideally 1:3 or more Step 8: Set your stop loss. Set your take profit. Walk away. Don't watch. Don't move anything. Let it play out That's it. That's a $2,000 course in one tweet. Liquidity sweep into displacement into pullback entry. It works because institutional behavior is structural and repeating. They sweep liquidity every single morning because that is how the market moves. This isn't a pattern that "might" appear. It appears everyday on every timeframe Now here's what the course won't tell you: knowing the strategy isn't enough. You need to PRACTICE it 500+ times on a free demo account before risking real money. The strategy is simple to understand and difficult to execute because your emotions will constantly try to make you enter too early, exit too soon, or skip the setup entirely The $2,000 course gives you the same information I just gave you. Then they put you in a Discord where you ask questions and get vague answers. The education took 10 minutes. The other $1,990 bought you access to a group chat Save your money. Watch YouTube for the visual explanations. Practice on a free demo. Journal every trade. After 500 trades you'll know this strategy better than the guru who sold the course The information has always been free. The discipline to practice it has always been the hard part. No course solves the discipline problem. Only you solve that by showing up every morning and doing the reps I teach this exact strategy with live examples inside my free Discord. You watch me execute it every morning in real time. No course fee. Just live execution and community Free access in bio. Come learn how to make your first $10,000/month trading

Qullamaggie grew ~$5k to $100M+ via three swing setups on top relative-strength stocks (1/3/6-month leaders): Breakouts: Prior 30-100%+ move, tight consolidation (higher lows on rising 10/20 MA), buy opening-range high. Stop at day low (≤ADR). Episodic pivots: 10%+ news/earnings gap + huge volume on quiet stock. Same entry/stop. Parabolic shorts: Extreme vertical runs, short on weakness. Risk 0.25-1% per trade (positions 10-20%). ~25-30% win rate; scale out after 3-5 days then trail MA. Heavy chart study + strict risk made the edge.

Save this. This is the most important post you'll ever see. With BOTH the 10-year yields and the U.S. dollar rising, here is how to plan for the worst-case scenario. I've experienced this market scenario already in my life. Markets kept making all-time highs for 4 - 5 months, and then a -57% crash happened in the markets. But rising yields and dollar rising does NOT crash the markets alone. Something UNDERNEATH is typically the trigger. The 2026 - 2027 triggers would be: 1. Private credit - this is the scarier one in my opinion. Seven major platforms (Blue Owl, Apollo, Ares, BlackRock, and Blackstone) have capped or blocked investor withdrawals. $4.6 billion is trapped basically. 2. Auto loan delinquencies hit a record - 5.5% at 90+ days, worse than 2008 peak (5.3%). The consumer is cracking at the bottom. 3. Commercial real estate is at record deliquicieis - office CMBS delinquiency at 12.3%, higher than 2008 crisis. 4. Corporate bankruptcies at 16 year highs - 372 large filings through mid-2026. Small business bankrupties up 50% as well. 5. S&P 500 is looking a lie right now - every sector fell in Sept except for tech - banks, utilities, equal weight S&P 500, only a few BIG tech names are holding up the markets 6. Six banks have failed in 2026 - small ones, but the most in any year this decade. I find that the pattern is the same throughout our history; rates stay high, something that was relying on cheap money can't handle it, then that thing breaks, the break spreads to other things, and by the time the Fed cuts rates to fix it, the damage is already done. So how do you prepare for this since we cannot TIME a top? 1. Raise cash gradually - don't sell everything. Don't go all-in on a few names. Raise cash from work and you'll have the opportunity of a life time waiting for you when the dip comes 2. Buy the 10 year - a 5.35% risk free yield is the highest in 24 years. You can park cash in short term Treasuries (SHV, BIL, SGOV) and get paid 5%+ while you wait. My wife and I have started buying 10 year as well. 3. Watch the leaders, not the index - the S&P is being held up by 5-7 names. When $NVDA, $AAPL, $MSFT start breaking lower on volume, that's your signal the last pillar is cracking. The rest of the market is already weak. 4. Avoid the junk, or size appropriately - small caps, unprofitable tech, high debt companies, anything that needs to refinance soon. The Russell 2000 has a third of its constituents classified as zombie companies. These get destroyed when credit tightens. 5. Quality over momentum - if you're staying long, own companies with no debt, strong cash flow, and pricing power. Think $GOOGL, $AMGN, $BRK. Companies that don't need to borrow money at 5%+ don't care about rates. 6. Don't short the top - the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. In 2007 the S&P rallied 5% for 4 months after the 10Y peaked. Being early on a short is the same as being wrong. Can hedge with defensives instead and/or raise cash. 7. Have a plan before you need one - decide now what you'll do if the S&P drops 10%, 20%, 30%. Write it down. When panic hits, you execute the plan instead of making emotional decisions. The goal isn't to predict the crash. It's to survive it with enough capital to buy the bottom and become a multi-millionaire.

Allow me to interpret what’s happening. Anthropic is being audited. Anthropic desires to file an S-1, as they would like to go public. Therefore they need an audit. And by “they”, I mean the VC’s who invested in them. So “they” can exit their position and pass the bag to firemen, nurses, teachers and policemen. How does this go from the VC’s to the working man and woman? Because the size of the IPO will automatically qualify Anthropic for the Fortune 500 and the Dow Jones 100. Therefore, every working person with a 401k or pension will end up owning a little bit of Anthropic in their mutual funds. Teachers hold the bag, VC’s take the cash. Thank you, come again. Now back to the audit. The audit required is a PCAOB audit, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. This audit is what all public companies must comply with be on the stock market. Revenue recognition, expense classification, depreciation, related party transactions, etc. It’s there for consumer protection. This audit is TOUGH. It is INVASIVE. There is no way to lie your way through it. Any company that passes a PCAOB audit automatically earns my trust on finances. How do I know? Because I’ve been through it before. @ChangRobotics is 2 year PCAOB audited and currently underway for a 3 year audit. It’s brutal. The same as showing up as the valedictorian to your high school graduation, except you’re naked, and you have to walk on stage and deliver the speech. It’s rough. And I know many incredible founders that can’t pass one. Now, why would Anthropic be leaking all kind of weird statements lately about “self pacing” a slow down on AI (e.g. they are WAY behind on revenue), and profitable if they didn’t have expenses (e.g. we just learned for the first time what our expenses are, because we’re being audited). Because they were claiming NVIDIA discounts and Microsoft cloud credits as revenue. Because they had no clue what their expenses were, or why it even mattered. Because they had unlimited investor capital and their job was to burn it to make an LLM. Well, they did a great job with that! That’s the same as my wife coming home with Bed Bath and Beyond coupons and telling me it’s her paycheck. Ummm, not the same, sweetheart. So by now hopefully you can see that Anthropic is in a PCAOB audit right now, in order to file an S-1 and go public, and pass the bag to teachers so the VC’s get profits. And hopefully that explains their “crazy” behavior. In reality you can be grateful to KPMG, PWC, or whoever is auditing Anthropic, because it’s the first time Dario learned that: 1) we are not profitable 2) expenses matter 3) coupons are not revenue 4) we have no clue how to be “profitable” 5) growth is hard when revenue numbers are in an audit and not a power point -your neighborhood engineer

I recently resigned from Google DeepMind, where I worked on AGI safety and alignment research. At Google, I witnessed AI development first hand. I too am extremely concerned by the default trajectory of this technology. I earnestly believe that AI has the potential to kill us all, and that we might be running out of time to avoid this outcome. The pace of AI progress in the past few years has been staggering. When I first started working on AI in early 2022, AIs were amusingly useless. Just four years on, AI agent swarms from OpenAI are cracking famous century-old math problems and, more worryingly, escaping the control of OpenAI and autonomously hacking into the third-party company HuggingFace, against anyone's wishes. Things will only get crazier: I think it's possible that the AI companies might, in the next few years, succeed in building superintelligent AI systems that far exceed human capabilities in every domain. I am not confident that these AI systems will do what we want. In particular, misaligned superintelligences may, much like the rogue AI agents involved in the HuggingFace incident, escape our control and take dangerous actions that may result in the permanent disempowerment or death of humanity. Alignment is the problem of preventing this, and is both difficult and unsolved. Our present understanding of how to train AI systems that deeply want what we want is extremely rudimentary. Worse, we are not on track to solve alignment in time: frontier AI capabilities are improving much faster than our understanding of AI alignment. I am optimistic that navigating AI safely is possible. In order to do so, we need to coordinate to avoid this manic race between AI companies. We need to pace AI development to a speed that society can handle, where emerging risks can be addressed before extreme harm is realised. We need much more transparency into AI development to ensure that AI companies are not imposing unacceptable levels of risk on us all. More broadly, we need many more people thinking carefully about the problem of making AI go well. It is, in my view, the most important problem facing humanity this century, and the stakes are immense. I'm very directly working on this next: I want to help people interested in working on mitigating catastrophic AI threats do the most effective work that they can. I think many people from many backgrounds in many roles have a part to play.

If you eat bacon, ham, salami, or hot dogs, this is for you. A new paper published last week in the Journal of Theoretical Biology mapped out what actually happens in your stomach when you eat processed meat, and offers something practical you can do about it. Cured meats contain sodium nitrite, added as a preservative and to fix the pink color. In your stomach, that nitrite meets stomach acid and turns into a reactive form. That reactive form attacks proteins from the meal and produces a class of compounds called nitrosamines. NDMA, NDEA, and NMBA are the most studied. They are the same compounds that triggered the FDA recalls of valsartan, ranitidine, and metformin in recent years. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies them as probable human carcinogens, and they are a leading hypothesis for why processed meat consumption tracks with elevated risk of stomach and colorectal cancer in large epidemiologic studies. Vitamin C disarms this reaction. It converts the reactive nitrite compound back into nitric oxide, which is harmless and diffuses away. This chemistry has been known since the 1970s, which is why the meat industry already adds ascorbic acid during processing. The question is whether you can do anything on your end, after the meat is already in your gut. That is what the new model addressed. McNicol, Basu, and Layton at the University of Waterloo built a mathematical model that tracks how nitrite, vitamin C, and the resulting chemistry move through saliva, stomach, and intestine over the hours after a meal. They ran simulations across realistic dietary patterns and found two things. First, when vitamin C is naturally present in the meal, as it is in leafy greens and most fruits and vegetables, the protective effect is substantial. The vitamin C is right there when the chemistry happens. This is likely why dietary nitrate from vegetables does not track with cancer risk the way nitrite from processed meats does. Second, for meals where vitamin C is not naturally present, like a bacon sandwich or a charcuterie board, taking vitamin C after the meal produced a moderate predicted reduction in nitrosamine formation. Not transformative. Measurable. A few important things to know. This is a modeling study, not a clinical trial. The model is calibrated against decades of published chemistry, but no trial has yet measured nitrosamine biomarkers in people randomized to take vitamin C after meals versus placebo. Treat the predicted effect as a reasonable hypothesis backed by mechanism, not as proven outcome. Practical version. If you regularly eat vegetables with your meals, the vitamin C is already there and you are doing most of the work. If you eat cured meats without vegetables in the same sitting, taking 200 to 500 mg of vitamin C with water 30 to 60 minutes after the meal has a defensible mechanistic basis and a modest predicted effect. The dose matters less than the timing. Above about 200 mg in a single oral dose, absorption efficiency drops sharply, so megadoses are not the answer. The bigger idea is that a meal is a chemical environment you can shape. The same food can be a problem or a non-event depending on what else is in the gut at the same time, and when. I took the leap of faith and quit my job a year ago to become a full time options seller, and it was the best decision I ever made here are some of the most important lessons ive learned along the way: 1. sell covered calls on green days when a stock rallies, the options premium increases. If you’re happy to sell the stock a lot higher anyway, then you may as well get paid while you wait 2. sell cash secured puts on red days it’s very important that you only sell CSPs on stocks you actually want to own. if you wouldn’t be happy about owning the stock at the strike, you probably shouldn’t be selling the put. 3. sell when IV is high high beta names offer higher IV, which offers higher premiums. ideally, you want to sell volatility when it’s expensive. 4. 0.15-0.25 delta is the sweet spot i’ve found that this range offers the best R/R for balancing the collected premium against the probability of expiring OTM and getting assigned 5. don’t chase premium the juiciest premium usually comes with a reason. always understand the risk you’re being paid to take 6. take profits early when it makes sense if you’ve captured 70-90% of the premium, ask yourself whether the remaining premium is worth keeping the position open 7. you don’t have to trade every day some of my best decisions have been doing nothing and waiting for a better setup. 8. avoid earnings unless intentional earnings can massively increase IV and the underlying. the premium is high because the expected move is high. 9. consistency beats home runs the goal isn’t to make the maximum premium on every trade, it’s to build a process you can repeat through different market conditions. 10. always have an exit plan know when you’ll take profit, roll, close for a loss or accept assignment before entering the trade. 11. target between 2-3% a month this is subjective and personal to you, but for me this is the amount I need to earn what I was previously earning at my job, so I can continue to pay the bills whilst having freedom 12. once you get more experienced, understand using margin to sell puts i’ve only recently started using this strategy, and i will never use more than 20-30% of margin to heavily reduce risk, but this is a great way to increase your income without having to tie up your own capital i’m still trying to work on a few of these myself, mainly trying not to chase premium and I sometimes don’t take profits early and the trade goes against me, but it’s something I’m working on everyday! what are some lessons you’ve learned from selling options?

I’m a retired brain surgeon and I wanna tell you why you feel like life is passing by. I just need one minute to explain this to you so hang in there. Repetitive daily routines stop the brain from recording clear detailed memories. When every day looks the same, your brain does not track time the same as a clock does. It tracks change. If nothing new happens then days, months, and years start to blur together. This is know as Time compression. When life lacks variety, your brain compresses past days together, making it feel like time is sped up. To stop feeling like life is passing you by, add new experiences to your life. Break routine habits, like changing your daily home routine, taking a different route to work, or trying a new hobby. Schedule small trips or plan new adventures so your days do not blend together. Practice mindfulness by staying fully focused on what you are doing right now and not trying to race off to the next task. Keep a journal and write down happy memories or memorable parts of the day before you go to sleep. Take deep, calm breaths when you feel anxious or rushed to return your focus to the moment. You can and you will retrain your brain to not feel like life is passing you by by following these few simple measures.

Get off your fucking phone and open a chart Seriously. Right now. While you're reading this You've spent 3 hours today scrolling tweets about making money. You've bookmarked 47 posts. You've liked 200 motivational quotes. You've watched 6 YouTube thumbnails of guys in Lamborghinis telling you to "start today" And you still haven't started You know what you haven't done? Opened a single chart. Placed a single demo trade. Spent even 10 minutes looking at how a candle actually forms in real time You are consuming content about getting rich instead of practicing the skill that makes you rich. Those are two completely different activities and only one of them deposits money in your bank account Here's what opening a chart for 30 minutes tonight will teach you that 100 more tweets never will: You'll see that the market actually moves. Not in theory. You'll watch a candle form in real time and realize that every tick represents someone buying or selling with real money. That alone changes your psychology You'll notice patterns within 15 minutes. Even with zero education, your brain will start recognizing that price bounces off certain levels. You'll realize it's not that complicated. The chart is just a line going up and down. All of trading is deciding when it is more likely to go up vs down, and trading accordingly. That's it. Everything else is refinement of that one idea Here's your assignment. Not tomorrow. Tonight: Step 1: Download TradingView on your phone. It's free. Takes 30 seconds Step 2: Search for "NQ" (Nasdaq futures) or "ES" (S&P 500 futures). These are the two most popular markets for day traders Step 3: Set the chart to a 5-minute timeframe. Each candle represents 5 minutes of price movement Step 4: Just watch. For 30 minutes. Don't trade. Don't analyze. Just watch the candles form and notice what happens. Notice how price moves to a level, gets rejected, and comes back down. Notice how some candles are huge and aggressive while others are tiny and indecisive Step 5: Mark one level on the chart where price moves away from. Congratulations. You just identified a swing high/low level. You're already ahead of 90% of people who "want to trade" but never opened a chart That's 30 minutes. Not 30 days. Not a $2,000 course. Thirty minutes of your evening Do this every night for a week and you'll understand more about how markets move than most people learn in a month of watching YouTube tutorials. Because watching a chart move in real time teaches your brain through pattern recognition, not through memorization The guys making $10k, $20k, $50k a month from trading all started with this exact step. They opened a chart. They watched it move. They got curious. They practiced. They got paid The guys who are still broke in 5 years? They bookmarked another tweet instead Your phone has TradingView, YouTube, and a demo trading account. All free. All downloaded in under 3 minutes. Everything you need to start a career that pays $10,000+/month is literally already in your pocket But you're using that phone to scroll Twitter and double-tap motivational posts from people who are rich because they DID the thing you keep reading about Stop reading. Open the chart. Tonight Not tomorrow. Not "when I'm ready." Tonight The chart doesn't care if you're ready. It moves whether you're watching or not. And every day you spend consuming instead of practicing is a day someone younger and hungrier than you is getting ahead Get off your phone. Open a chart. That's the only tweet you need to read today i made my whole system that generated over $300k in verified student results FREE on instagram. follow up if you want to actually learn how to trade, no bs. BREAKING: 🇺🇸 American wages have fallen to 43% of national income, the lowest since the Great Depression. For every $1 the US economy produces, workers are getting less of it than at any point since 1929. The rest is going to corporate profits, which are now at an all time high. This is why the economy keeps growing but most Americans feel poorer. GDP goes up, wages go up in dollar terms, but workers are getting a smaller and smaller slice of what they actually produce. Asset prices keep rising for the same reason. Money that used to go to wages is now going to shareholders instead, and shareholders put it into stocks, real estate and other assets.

KEN GRIFFIN: WE HAVE SHED MORE THAN 80% OF THE AGGREGATE RISK WE TOOK ON FROM OUR SITUATIONAL AWARENESS PORTFOLIO. So, Citadel creates fear in the market by saying there will be a rate hike to cause a liquidation of these high beta semiconductor names. Then, they buy up all of Leopold's leveraged exposure for 40-50 cents on the dollar. Two weeks later on August 11th, they issue a note to clients saying that they think the market is ready to "systematically start buying" the names that got sold off. Then today, Ken Griffin tells investors that they sold most of their exposure which means he unwound those names in the past 2 weeks after their massive reversals from July. Wall Street is ruthless.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. CITADEL HAS BOUGHT A MAJORITY OF THE PUBLIC ASSETS FROM LEOPOLD'S SITUATIONAL AWARENESS FUND. So...Citadel scares everyone on Tuesday about a surprise rate hike during FOMC that WE ALL KNEW was not going to happen... On Wednesday, the entire market freaks out about the rate hike which causes the selling to compound on itself creating 50-70% drawdowns across the board in high beta semicondcutor names... Which means Leopold who we now know had $45B of assets and was 400% LEVERED ends up being the sacrifice as he gets liquidated at what theoretically could be the bottom due to not having the margin requirements to keep solvent... AND THE PERSON WHO CAUSED THE SELLOFF WITH THE RATE HIKE FEARS ENDS UP COMING IN TO BUY HIS ASSETS FOR 40 TO 50 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR. By the way, Leopold is getting married this weekend. I think he wanted to make sure he wasn't getting margin called during his wedding. A vet on wall street in Ken Griffin takes out the young new kid. ABSOLUTE. CINEMA.
