- Personal bots code on my Mac Mini, with codex/claude/cursor agents via @herdrdev
- Work bots code using an internal coding agent environment called "boxy" powered by Notion custom agents
- Texts lets me text my grok bots directly and it sends me a daily morning briefing, it uses iMessage over @sendbluedotcom (free plan)
- Portal lets my work bots and personal bots talk to each other using webhooks & notion
- @notionhq is the source of truth for all memory and context. A memories database has "General Instructions" and individual pages for every bot, and a kanban board tracks all bot tasks
- I have a duplicate app for my work bots to make switching apps easier (photo below)
