Don’t confuse PencilKit support with Apple Pencil scribble / handwriting support. Here’s a preview of handwriting on iPad
This is a work in-progress but let me know if you want bleeding edge access to the native iPad app to try it out.
There’s still a lot missing like keyboard shortcuts, column support, etc but definitely usable already.
The Notion Community has changed my life...
Thanks to this wonderful community, I get to run a biz with an incredible team (I met my first consulting customer at a meetup I hosted).
I'm so so so grateful to Ben, Will and Francisco who started it all.
And gosh last week at the global Notion Ambassador Summit, I got to witness how this community has changed — I kid you not — hundreds of lives.
@JERWlN's story was unbelievable. He got to share with the entire company how getting involved with Notion led him to become the first ever college graduate and a home owner in his family (!)
The whole summit was a fever dream packed with heart warming stories and next-level Notion nerdery and it was just about 100 Ambassadors out of 1000 🤯
Infinite kudos to the new Global Community Lead (aka Community Mama) @emmayeeyick and the remarkable team: humungous shout out to Alex, @samhli_, Meighan, @nancy_y_chen, @kumakumasoda, Vanessa, and Olivia, @8pq, Sunjung, and Faisa.
Y'alll pulled off a legendary event!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Better Desktop Tabs!
Before, every tab needs its own process and memory.
Now, with virtual tabs, memory stays almost flat regardless of # of tabs.
It also has a side benefit of stable sidebar
Try it on in Settings → Preferences → Desktop beta and let us know how it feels!
nothing beats notion’s office, but this office i visited last night might be a close second
(@ivanhzhao please)
this was a very special release as i was in communication with a color blind customer and i was able to give feedback directly from the customer to @tamralikecamra to design 🙂↔️
Better contrast for those who need it; beauty for everyone 🖤 Thank you @nikhilville for the opportunity to speak on overhauling the design system to support high contrast mode, and the experience of unexpectedly time traveling to the simple delights of the 1984 Macintosh.

it's kind of hard to explain but asian lesbian is what everyone in SF looks like
Built a "X Bookmarks" agent on @bot
I save a ton of posts, but forget everything because the bookmarks just end up sitting there.
So I built an agent that scrapes them every 6 hrs and auto-categorizes it into a database on @NotionHQ
This is game-changing.
If you manage a brand account on X, this is literally a cheat code.
Here's what to do with this update...
create 3 bots:
1) 24/7 Community Manager - Scan X daily (or more frequently) for mentions of your brand. Surface tweets worth amplifying, highlight product feedback (or stuff worth flagging internally), share team posts that are trending (or performing abnormally well). I also got mine doing a daily digest, notifying me when there's an urgent alert (like a trending tweet/crisis, monitoring our launches, and doing ongoing sentiment reports.
2) X Content Strategist - Read every single tweet your brand has done. Analyze all of the engagement, replies, bookmarks, etc and recommend content buckets, ideas, memes, etc. based on top performing posts. Also worth analyzing content from the founders/team. Bonus: Have the bot build out a voice/tone skill that could be used for future content sparring.
3) X Analyst - Analyze all of the engagements and replies on your past 30/60/90 days of brand content. Tell me which accounts jump out. Any influential people? Industry leaders? Creators? etc. Then share these with the team - provides good signal.
