What does support look like for other WordPress plugin or theme authors? This is ours for the last 30 days. Revenue is growing but with that comes more support ☹️ Granted, doing things with our plugins can be fairly complex.

A few new 5 star reviews in the last couple of days! Hooray 🎉 But geez Trustpilot are a hard bunch. We have 14 reviews on their site and they are all 5 stars, yet the aggregate rating they've come up with is 4.5. Seems not right. 🤷

Yes we get it more regularly than we'd like to. It is usually our hosting provider blocking IPs from cheap, shared hosting. Quite often they are Namecheap servers.
