According to the National Organization on Disability (10.22), companies that have dedicated staff acting as disability champions and recruiters who understand accommodation processes, perform better in attracting applicants with disabilities. Who is that in your company?
As #NDEAM2022 comes to a close, remember to focus on change at every level. It is important for employers to hire but equally important for systems and communities to embrace community integrated employment as the first & preferred outcome of services. That's #EmploymentFirst
