Talent leaders are facing a multitude of challenges at the minute, such as how to seamlessly meld Gen AI and HR and ensuring skills-based hiring, to name but two top-of-mind concerns. But that’s just one side of the picture; they also have to manage evolving employee expectations, who are asking more of their organisations than ever before. With all this complexity muddling well-established equations, how can technology be leveraged to find a way forward? If you’re @manikanthchalla, you’d probably look to swipe your problems away. As the Founder & CEO of @workruit, he has devised a quite ingenious platform that focuses on connecting talent with opportunity with just a swipe, the way you would look to match with someone on a dating app. Today the industry grapples with job seekers struggling to find roles that match their skills and goals, while employers face difficulties attracting qualified candidates. It’s a challenge we have all faced, and bridging this gap calls for concerted action that connects both job seekers and employers. Workruit’s AI powered platform seeks to do exactly that, as Manikanth explains in our chat.
