We’re all interested in the truth, right? Most of us would want to know if company practices could cause harm? Sadly, those at the top of many organisations seem to think their duty to the company is greater than their duty to society. We’re currently seeing precisely how little truth is desired by those at the top. Whether it be Paula Vennells CEO at time of #Postofficescandal, Ken Clarke, Health Secretary during the #infectedbloodscandal, Dave Calhoun, CEO of #Boeing, when those at the top don’t want to know, those just beneath them work very hard to silence people who stand up for the truth and safety. But it’s not only the whistleblower who feels the hurt – the pain ripples out to those who love them.
