god invented autism so i could piss everyone off by talking about Varka.
sweaty gamer because Hidetaka Miyazaki had a point when he said it's a masochist thing.
Elimeow/Cinderpoppy on Ao3 and Squidgeworld Archive
every day that passes i become convinced people are both unable to understand that a live service game's narrative evolves and changes and its current themes supersede past ones when contradictory, and that a game's lore is not a puzzle to solve.
the thing is that i can't judge Venti for looking like a kicked puppy because Varka couldn't come along. that is a realistic depiction of not having wife around.
current AQ reading: sometimes the answer is yours, sometimes it's the people's, but at least one guy thinks his wife is always right.
my wisdom, which is bountiful and eternal, has always said: Varka and Venti are written as truly cut from the same cloth, parallels to each other in history, deed, and heart. i didn't expect the writers to go so hard on it in AQ tho, im ngl.
size diff sicko back in town rn and im about to make it Lohen's problem too get over here 155 king, your wife is 215 and you're gonna start climbing soon
yknow, most special skill modes in Genshin are very self-evident or easy to understand (Manifest Flame, Masterstroke, Lunar Phase Shift), but Varka's (Sturm und Drang) while just as fitting, is as poetic about it as one would expect with a name like that.
EVERYBODY STOP EVERYTHING I HAVE TO ACTUALLY MEAN MY PFP NOW I JUST REMEMBERED WE'RE GETTING A VARKA CARD FOR GENIUS INVOKATION TCG
Valeriy really said watching Varka fight is a near-religious experience. unfortunately ☝️ alcoholic.
(so tired i can barely think) Varhen... would play esoteric games of cat-and-mouse around Mondstadt... and you can never tell who's cat abd who's mouse...
every day i think about how Seamus tried to dissuade Varka from promoting Lohen to Vice-Captain so quickly and how Varka went 'i hear you, i hear you! i think he's great, though 👍'
