IMHO, SaaS 2.0 / FDE model is here to stay. a) AI is a very sensitive topics and single-tenant is coming back b) big SaaS with 3rd party customization services become a cost nightmare also overstaffed. c) FDE not only customize the deployment but also can adapt coming features.

A new way to produce #digitalempathy different to the one we tried. Worth a read.

Different approach to the one we tried but also valid to create #mindsetcontext for #AgenticAI
In a bank branch the bank tellers could use empathy because they knew now only the customers transactions (1st party data) but the "whys" or the "customer feelings" via conversations face-to-face. #AgenticAI will not succeed totally until they use mindset-context.

Between quarterly reviews, wealth clients are on their own. Markets move, portfolios drift, nobody reaches out. The institution that changes this becomes the one they trust most, even for assets it does not manage. inly.tips/blog/wealth-betwee… #preAgenticAI #Wealth #PSD3 #FinTech

#AgenticAI can not produce human touch only with "customer facts/actions context". Digital empathy needs "mindset context". Cultivate mindset context fairly requires gamification and microfeedback in casual channels. @inlytips knows how to do it. inly.tips/blog/customer-mind…

You increased your AI budget. So did everyone else. But CX impact is barely moving. The gap isn't the technology; it's the missing customer context underneath it. #AgenticAI needs #preAgenticAI and preAgenticAI can leverage your customer #CX inly.tips/blog/ai-investment…

The point is that #AgenticAI needs data that are not being generated yet. It is not about optimizing traditional data, is to generate the data that could Agents to become empathetic, with human touch. Inlytips is about this inly.tips
Agentic orchestration layers allow AI agents, enterprise systems, and data connections to work together across functions. As cognitive bottlenecks shrink, that allows decision-making to speed up, coordination to improve and new operating models to form. mck.co/4fJb564

The PFM has been an underused feature in banking apps. Time to try the passive PFM way, info-shot that really impacts in the customer self-knowledge and can trigger the microfeedbacks needed to understant his mindset. The needed step for #AgenticAI to create #digitalempathy.

PFMs are a great idea, but they're underused: dropdowns, date pickers, filters nobody wants to touch. Conversational AI fixed how you ask. But passive PFM, the kind that delivers self-knowledge without you ever asking, might be the real key. #CX #AIart inly.tips/blog/passive-pfm-p…

Sometimes you can create amazing cases with low-cost simple AI models as @MistralAI 7B. It is the one we chose for enriching push-notifications and gamify them.

Our proposal for banking , enriching push notifications adding value to the customer #CX becoming a casual gamified PFM and capture behavioral micro-reactions to build a customer-mindset profile that future #AgenticAI could use to create "human touch / empathy" #Money2020EU

Too young & lean new to attend this #Money2020EU but our proposal to banks and fintechs is leveraging the cheapest channel (free), the push notification to add value to the customer, and some gammification to capture microfeedback as foundation of mindset context for #AgenticAI

Transactions tell you what happened. Mindset tells you who you're dealing with. #AgenticAI needs both — and most deployments are missing the second layer entirely. inly.tips/blog/customer-mind…
