The PFM has been an underused feature in banking apps. Time to try the passive PFM way, info-shot that really impacts in the customer self-knowledge and can trigger the microfeedbacks needed to understant his mindset. The needed step for #AgenticAI to create #digitalempathy.
Why are we building inlytips. Our founder explains it.

Personal Agent Protocol (#PAP) is becoming a hot topic. Tech giants and big brands are backing it.
Pre-agentic AI is what gives the handshake real meaning: building mindset-context on both sides so agents actually understand who they’re acting for.

IMHO, SaaS 2.0 / FDE model is here to stay.
a) AI is a very sensitive topics and single-tenant is coming back
b) big SaaS with 3rd party customization services become a cost nightmare also overstaffed.
c) FDE not only customize the deployment but also can adapt coming features.

#AgenticAI can not produce human touch only with "customer facts/actions context". Digital empathy needs "mindset context". Cultivate mindset context fairly requires gamification and microfeedback in casual channels. @inlytips knows how to do it.

Between quarterly reviews, wealth clients are on their own. Markets move, portfolios drift, nobody reaches out.
The institution that changes this becomes the one they trust most, even for assets it does not manage.

In a bank branch the bank tellers could use empathy because they knew now only the customers transactions (1st party data) but the "whys" or the "customer feelings" via conversations face-to-face. #AgenticAI will not succeed totally until they use mindset-context.

The best part about this acquisition is I get to build agents with @letsleverup all day - he is truly one of a kind
I’m incredibly excited to share that Sierra is acquiring TakeOff, the leader in long-horizon AI agents. @claybavor and I couldn't be more excited to welcome @letsleverup and the entire TakeOff team.
In less than a year, they've built something truly special: an agent platform that delivers real business outcomes, is beloved by customers, and is growing incredibly quickly. Their maniacal focus on revenue driving, long-horizon agents has taken them from 0 to near 8 figures in revenue across several 7 figure contracts since the start of this year.
As we got to know the team, it became clear we were making the same bet: that fully autonomous agents would perform human-level work at software scale and that the largest businesses in AI would be built around outcomes, not inference. Takeoff has built an exceptional platform and team to make that real, and together we’re excited to build the leading company in long-horizon AI agents.
Welcome, Aakash and the Takeoff team. xitter.cf/letsleverup/status/208…
Why AgenticAI needs a pre-AgenticAI platform capturing the mindset context to add "human touch" to every single end-user?

The point is that #AgenticAI needs data that are not being generated yet. It is not about optimizing traditional data, is to generate the data that could Agents to become empathetic, with human touch.
