Genuinely disturbing news - my friend Clara, who you might know as the Super Creek at Trackside, was abducted by ICE at the Rochester Airport on her way home from Uma week. Please read and share her story: facebook.com/share/18Rmm5SHK…

Folks who are leaving VGen and looking for another site for comms. I HIGHLY suggest @artistreeio! I've been using Artistree (I didn't really like VGen..) for several years now and can confidently suggest it!!

Dont let this movie flop, if you're even slightly interested, go see it. The trailer doesn't give it enough credit. Let studios know we want more original movies, not just sequel and prequel.

eh... no. Some of us literally cannot see by text alone. I also get EXTREMELY overwhelmed when it is just a big wall of text. If you don't have a visual reference of your OC, compile one, with notes. Ie: Game screenshots, picrew/icon makers, pinterest, cropped screenshots of details you like from characters, photos, etc. Don't sleep on moodboards. I mocked this up in 5 minutes. This is better than a wall of text any day.

Hot take but if you can’t/wont draw from a text description you need to learn. Not everyone has image of their oc, they might be commissioning for the very first time or wanting you to design them an oc out of their description. Text references are equally as important as images
