Dear #startup founders, Don't wait for an exit to fix health - get quality sleep, eat healthier, get active. If you don't develop healthy lifestyle habits and exit takes a while, you may not be able to enjoy your financial freedom the way you hoped. Take care of yourself 🙏❤️

Struggling with email delivery to Hotmail/Outlook? It's not just you, @Microsoft is struggling to deliver their own emails too.

Who broke the internet this time? Is it just @intercom down or bigger issue?

This feels... new? Renewing annual services 2 months (!) before they expire. What's your take? a. smart business move b. aggressive growth/retention tactic c. desperate revenue padding for 2025

I am leaning towards C. Seems like it could backfire if customers who see the notice will cancel/move service instead of allowing auto renew. Especially since there are cheaper and well liked competitors, like @Namecheap

The Great Content Heist: How Creators Got Frozen Out of the Content Economy by @DelaQuist linkedin.com/pulse/great-con… Email is the only channel where you still own distribution and content, which is why it's a high ROI channel. Invest in your subscriber list!

People can now get weight loss drugs for $199. But a 5-day course of Paxlovid, medication prescribed for Covid, now retails for $1400-1800 without insurance. 🤯 It's $500+ with insurance. There is no generic alternative. If you got risk factors, consider getting a vaccine shot.

Dear email marketers, resist the urge to send 2+ emails per day to *everyone* on your list. Your sender reputation is built on *relative engagement*. Every ignored email is a vote against you. Every click is a vote for you. linkedin.com/posts/liliatovb…

Ok, it's past Halloween, but share your recent AI agent horror story. I will start: @otter_ai sent me a summary of the meeting I didn't attend 🤦‍♀️ Like there was a brainstorm and action items and all... 🤯 #EPIC #fail

Hey @GoogleLabs Pomelli needs some serious work. My suggestions: - based on brand analysis exclude images that don't use brand colors (external tools/products!) - don't use images from help articles for generating ads!!?? - exclude anything that looks like a giant table (feature comparison) from generating ads p.s. What is Pomelli? 👉 labs.google.com/pomelli/abou…

Chris' take didn't age well... Saw the news headline the other day that huge number of legal briefs were found sighting non-existing cases 😮 and courts aren't happy about this. Now imagine AI teachers making up science or history facts? AI as teachers and doctors? Not there YET...

PSA: If you love someone's newsletter, don't just read it! Reply with a quick "Love this" and click on links in the emails OFTEN. Subscribers can stop receiving someone's emails even if they read every single one (really yahoo? 👀). The clicks are important, so show the love. 📧❤️ If you are a marketer, don't include 100% of your content in the email, find a way to earn a click back to your site.

"genetically disadvantaged" - this is a huge factor. Some people can drink and smoke and live to 90+ and some will die young of cancer, with a healthy lifestyle. Start by understanding your risks. Knowledge IS power. P.S. TruAge test from TruDiagnostic can help understand your risk factors and even show age of major organs.
I am aging slower than anyone in the world. #1 in a fierce competition among 5,677. My score is off the charts. And I'm genetically disadvantaged. What does this even mean? 🧵

Don't rely on Google Analytics only for your attribution analysis, it's missing data. You can/should supplement with your own data capture - store 1st visit referrer and LP (with all parameters) in a cookie, then record into DB once account is created. Got a $300/mo customer from ?utm_source=chatgpt.com the other day, absolutely 0 capture of it in GA, not a trace of the utm_source or conversion🤦‍♀️

I propose a new term for a business type: NaaB - Newsletter as a business You got a NaaB if you make money primarily from operating a newsletter. You saw it here first.

Could you offer existing paying subscribers to gift your product as a trial? Great marketing growth hack for many products with low operating cost. 📢🚀📈
