"It smells like silver, so let's see if the IP and CSAMT will reward us with showing us X marks the spot."
$WCE CEO Sergei Smolonogov joined Tylah Tully on @StockheadAU's Long Shortz to talk through the hunt for another Elizabeth Hill along the Munni Munni Fault Zone, and what happens next.

Mining at Elizabeth Hill stopped in 2000 because of low silver prices, not because it ran out of silver. The deposit remains open at depth and along strike, and we're now searching the surrounding fault zone for more.
The mine produced 1.2 million ounces of silver from just 16,830 tonnes of ore, making it one of Australia's highest-grade silver operations. Our IP and CSAMT survey along the Munni Munni Fault Zone is testing geological, structural, geochemical and geophysical targets for similar systems.
The survey runs alongside our ongoing drilling. That drilling is testing extensions to the existing mineralisation, infilling the resource and assessing near-mine prospects at Maitland and Elizabeth Hill South.
All of this sits on a granted mining lease, around 12km from the Radio Hill processing facility.

Can the structure that hosts Elizabeth Hill hold more high-grade silver? @StockheadAU looks at how West Coast Silver (ASX: WCE) plans to find out.
IP and CSAMT surveys are now running together along the Munni Munni Fault Zone, designed to probe deeper than previous exploration.
The survey starts at Elizabeth Hill South, where historic drilling hit 2m at 1,550g/t Ag. It then heads south towards the Munni Munni Complex, before turning north of the mine towards the Maitland Complex.
CEO Sergei Smolonogov said the campaign marks the first systematic test of around 4km of the structure. The results will be used to rank potential targets for follow-up drilling in H1 2027.
WCE's consolidated package in WA's Pilbara now covers about 180km².

Searching for the next Elizabeth Hill 🔍
West Coast Silver (ASX: WCE) has started a major IP and CSAMT geophysics program along the Munni Munni Fault Zone, looking for potential repeats of the high-grade Elizabeth Hill silver system.
📍 ~4 km of the MMFZ being surveyed, starting at Elizabeth Hill South
📍 Elizabeth Hill historically produced 1.2 Moz of silver at 2,194 g/t Ag
📍 Earlier IP testing identified a chargeability response coincident with the Elizabeth Hill mineralised envelope
📍 50% funded by a $114,312 WA Government Exploration Incentive Scheme grant
📍 Four-week survey, then modelling to prioritise drill targets for follow-up in H1 2027

H2 2026 diamond drilling at Elizabeth Hill: @wcsilver_ CEO Sergei Smolonogov on what the program is designed to test.
In conversation with Dannika Warburton from Investability, Sergei walks through the up to 18 hole, ~1,800m diamond program at the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project in Western Australia's West Pilbara. West Core Drilling mobilises in the week commencing 5 October, with drilling expected to run to early to mid-December.
Four objectives:
- Increase confidence in the current resource
- Test extensions to the west of the resource
- Establish continuity of the Elizabeth Hill Deeps zone
- Test a potential down-plunge extension below the historic mine
On Elizabeth Hill Deeps, Sergei is clear that this is an interpretation being tested. If it holds, it may represent a discrete new area of mineralisation outside the current resource, but it would need further infill drilling before it could be included in a future resource estimate.
Milestones to watch:
- November 2026: updated resource estimate scheduled
- March 2027: further resource update targeted, incorporating the new drilling
- Q1 2027: Scoping Study scheduled. A Scoping Study is an early stage assessment, and any results will be released to the ASX first

Our silver Investment @wcsilver_ $WCE is set to get drilling underway again at its WA silver project, with the drill rig to mobilise next week.
$WCE 's project hosts the historic Elizabeth Hill mine, which produced 1.2M ounces of silver at ~2,194g/t before shutting in 2000 when silver was ~US$5/oz.
$WCE already has a maiden JORC resource estimate of 2.8M ounces of silver at 617g/t, making it the highest grade silver project on the ASX.

Four fronts, one goal: growing the silver story at Elizabeth Hill.
Stockhead reports West Coast Silver is gearing up for a fresh diamond campaign at Elizabeth Hill. Four separate workstreams aim to tighten resource confidence and test new silver growth.
Up to 18 holes for ~1,800m will be drilled from early to mid-October through to early to mid-December:
➡Western Extension (8 holes, ~640m): the biggest slice of the campaign, testing broad silver mineralisation west and northwest of the current 2.8Moz silver Resource
➡MRE development (6 holes, ~510m): targeting selected Inferred mineralisation above the historic workings to support potential conversion to Indicated
➡Elizabeth Hill Deeps (2 holes, ~360m): testing continuity of the high-grade zone discovered in July, when drilling returned 3m @ 524g/t Ag from 183m, including 1.5m @ 1,039g/t Ag from 184.5m. The zone remains open to the east and south
➡Plunge extension (2 holes, ~290m): testing below the 102 Level, the deepest historic workings, where previous drilling is sparse
Results will feed into a March 2027 Resource update and the Q1 2027 Scoping Study, with a separate Resource update scheduled for November 2026.
Mining at Elizabeth Hill stopped in 2000, when silver was around US$5/oz.

Our Investment @wcsilver_ $WCE just closed a $6M capital raise for its WA silver project.
$WCE 's project previously produced 1.2M ounces of silver at an average grade of ~2,194g/t in the early 2000's.
The project has gone largely untouched since then (with only minor exploration work) - mainly because of what happened to silver prices.
$WCE picked up the asset back in May 2025 and now has a maiden JORC resource on the project of ~2.8M ounces of silver averaging ~617g/t.
