I am very excited about the possibility of GLP-1s but people are waaaayyyy overestimating likely patient uptake/compliance even if the stuff were free. Hypertension meds are incredibly cheap, have minimal side effects, and are orally dosed, and most patients prescribed them do not take them correctly/at all
