my music teacher would not believe this. 12 songs. my first album. made alone in 3 days. it started as a few funny Halloween videos for kids. brainstorming with Claude, I said: why not a whole album? so I wrote the arc, little stories, a secret hidden in every song. Suno made the music. I became the curator of how it should sound. (there's a funny story about my music teacher when I was a kid. later :) Claude and Remotion made the videos. it was so fun I made a few versions of each. tested it with kids 6–8. they loved it. I spent years in Asia, so there's a karaoke version too. years ago, a project like this needed probably a team of 6 highly skilled people for a month. this time it was just me, for a few days. here's the first song πŸ‘‡

same AI. some people get smarter, some get dumber. the difference is how you steer it. delegate everything and you get slop use it to learn, or with a clear why, and your work goes up great points from Nick here πŸ‘‡
The assumption AI regresses intelligence to average is fundamentally wrong Corrected charts:

My to-do app knows I’m a founder. It has no idea I’m a dad, a son, a partner. Most productivity apps are built to help you do more at work. So we do more at work. And the rest of life quietly waits. I don’t think burnout comes from doing too much. It comes from doing too much in one role and ignoring the rest. You don’t have just one role. You’re a friend, a body that needs moving, a mind that needs feeding, and more. Each role has a few things that matter and a few habits worth building. So I built GOAT, two small apps that keep all your roles in view. And it plays like a game. Level up as a parent. Keep your streak as a friend. Win the week, not just the workday. The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to be the GOAT of your whole life, not just your calendar. Watch the trailer πŸ‘‡

Old rule: protect your inbox. Unsubscribe from everything. New rule: let your agent read it all, and turn on every notification and receipt. The more your agents know, the less you have to do.
Info diets completely change because of AI. I don’t read my email anymore. That’s an AIs job to filter for me and notify. I do an inbox 0 sweep once a week after my agent has already cleaned 99% of it. This increases the value of email. Now I actually sign up for more email notifications, which I previously avoided because it’s a huge waste of time. For example I now opt into email receipts so my postmaster email bot can forward them to my trinket shopper bot and my meal planning bot. Now I can swipe my card at my favorite coffee shop and it gets logged into my diet plan automatically. My grocery receipts now get auto logged into my meal planner’s pantry inventory. My personal trinket shopper knows what and when I purchase, and this all gets fed into my budget dragon bot. Then my shopper can watch the marketing emails from my favorite brands to tell me when there’s actually a sale or new release and not just another stupid email. Spam is gone and handled. I get more email, more information and it takes me far less time. This will start applying to every data source. - email - social media I now have grok bot building me a custom x feed every morning. Fuck scrolling the timeline like a peasant who eats whatever toxic bullshit shit the x gods decided you should see for max engagement. Instead I get a custom timeline based on exactly what I want and am thinking every day. - this also applies to engineering tasks. I don’t want to prompt my agent to fix a bug. The agent should just keep my codebase bug free and fix reports from customers, and sentry crash logs before I even know the issue exists. Ideally a customer hits a bug and the agent fixes it and ships it instantly, before they even file a bug report. I should never need to inspect logs lol. Do you get it yet? I suspect this applies to almost every data source. With these changes, you begin interacting a big level above the raw email data. If my agent reads an email did I read it? Sorta? Yes & no. This unlocks something. You can Manage information. And manage what parts of information you interact with, what becomes conscious and bubbles up from the internet into your Ai agent and into your mind. All it takes is a prompt This is a radical change in how we perceive the world, and how it gets filtered to us.

Started a YouTube channel for people who live across countries. Taxes you should watch out for, visas, and the lifestyle you can unlock with Flag Theory. Not tax advice, just what I learned moving around :)

Good food, good people, good conversations, and the whole world to explore. Probably the best life one can have. @bot add this to my watch list.
So cool to see @lexfridman traveling and he look so happy doing it too 😍 I would love to see more travel vlogs, maybe China next?

I spend 90% of my day in a terminal now. I never expected to enjoy it this much. It feels like a game. I ask, it gets built, I see it in seconds. Work with a loop that short stops feeling like work.

Dreaming of being a digital nomad? Or already one and never think about taxes? I made a little game to show how taxes work when you move around. It's called The Flag Theory. It's a game, not tax advice :) but I hope it helps you see how it works. DM me and I'll send you the link.

My agents can build almost anything I ask for. The hard part now is knowing what to ask for.

I asked Claude to be brave and propose something new. It came back with a Robotics studio for kids. Now kids can design, build, code and test their own robots on @kubrioai :)

Such a cool idea. More things like this should exist. Feels like a renaissance for founders. If you run a one-person startup, maybe it's better to think like an artist these days :)

Everyone can make coffee at home. Coffee shops are still full. For really good coffee, the investment to make it at home just isn't worth it, so you go to someone who does only that. Same with apps. You'll be able to build your own, but it won't be the same as one made by someone who spends their life doing only that :)
Software is dead It's now the era of personal software and everyone just builds what they need whenever they need it I think

Agree. If Siri becomes the main agent, every app in the App Store becomes a mini agent Siri can use right away. Apps will change, maybe we use them more through Siri, but demand keeps growing. That's why I keep building iOS apps.
Anyone who says software is dead and that AI will kill apps is wrong. I’ve been downloading apps like crazy.
