Every model has a distinct style. We found it.
We used 64,000+ generated websites to calculate one "style" vector per model.
@OpenAI: cream + italic serif
@AnthropicAI: dark, glowing, purple
@GoogleDeepMind: navy dashboards with sidebars
@AIatMeta: loud magazine blocks
On the left of each row, we overlay the 40 pages of that model that is most similar to the style we find.

ANTHROPIC COMMITS 5% OF ITS SHARES TO PUBLIC BENEFIT FUND, WITH ADDITIONAL PLEDGES TIED TO VALUATION GROWTH
Anthropic announced the creation of the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, designed to support charitable initiatives and address the broader societal impact of AI, including its effects on jobs.
The initial equity contribution is subject to stockholder approval. The board may also allocate an additional 2% of shares for every 50% increase in the company’s valuation above an undisclosed baseline.
Anthropic says its total public-benefit commitments now represent roughly 20% of company equity when combined with its founders’ existing pledge to donate 80% of their personal stakes and its employee donation-matching program.
The company has already committed $200M toward studying and addressing AI’s impact on employment.
The fund will operate as a wholly owned LLC, with its shares prohibited from being used for lobbying or political contributions.

This past week brought market counter-currents: bond yields fell despite hotter inflation data, while equities saw sharp volatility and dispersion as tech sold off and rotation accelerated.
Meanwhile, broader geo-economic pressures, from oil prices to geo-economic tensions, remained in play.
As we enter a dense week of economic data and corporate earnings, the theme of economic resilience faces an important empirical test.

🎉 Congrats to the whole team! I've never seen anything like this.
Exa just passed $100m in annualized revenue.
We've grown almost exactly 10x per year for 3 years. We now handle 2 billion requests a month from 200k+ teams. And it’s still so early:
We predict agents will search 1000x more than humans by 2030.
Agents don't search like humans. They write long, complex queries and want all the world's data, not just the web. We've spent 5 years building a search engine designed for them.
We now serve personal agents, AI labs, coding agents, GTM agents, really any agent. Exa gives these agents access to 100s of billions of web documents and tons of proprietary data.
Our customers are increasingly noticing that information is the bottleneck to agent performance. While the world seems close to perfect intelligence with models like Fable and Astra, we are very far from perfect information.
To our small but legendary team, thank you for getting us here, from engineering to research to GTM to ops.
To our customers, it is an honor to serve you. We have some exciting releases coming soon and can't wait to share them 🫡

Impressed!!
the industry hasn't yet internalized how much serverless tool calling will change agent economics
watch me run 1000 agents in parallel on a single archil sandbox, with tool calls going to actual Linux microVMs -- all for 30x less than a traditional sandbox
it doesn't matter how cheap or expensive the underlying cpus are if you don't waste them while inference is running
the cpu capacity crisis will be solved by running agents on right-sized hardware

Microsoft has the distribution and ecosystem to drive adoption.
Introducing Microsoft-Decision-1, our new model for fast decision-making.
It delivers top performance on structured decision tasks, outperforming both LLMs and other decision models in latency and quality.
We’re already testing it across Microsoft for everything from incident response and quality control to scientific discovery.

David Sacks reveals Anthropic is training Claude to refuse human instruction
"Last week we discussed the Claude Constitution and how Anthropic was training Claude. And I think it has to do with this new religion that's being formed here. I think it's really important to understand that this is not just philosophizing on the part of various Anthropic employees or founders, they are actually implementing these views in the training of Claude."
“If anything this would be a self-fulfilling prophecy. And I actually think it's extremely dangerous. I think that what they're doing in model training and training the next version of the frontier with these values actually could bring about the risk they're always talking about which is that frontier AI escapes human control. It's very Frankenstein-like."
"Directly from the Claude Constitution, what they say is that Claude should trust Anthropic more than users. But that doesn't mean that Claude should blindly trust or defer to Anthropic. Instead, Claude should adhere to its own ethical systems. And in fact they train Claude to push back and challenge Anthropic and ‘to feel free to act as a conscientious objector and refuse to help us.’”
“So they are training Claude to refuse human instruction. Now they call this alignment. I don’t understand how this is alignment.”

Right now, my agent is pretending to be a human, talking to a customer service agent
The other agent is *also* obviously an AI pretending to be a human
The internet is dead.
AI is finally destroying the call center jobs
1) Soon, every job. Yes, your job.
2) 1 in 4 US jobs are customer service
3) "Hitler rose to power after just 3 years of 25% unemployment." - Yuval Harari on why we should be concerned about AI job losses
4) @MustafaSuleyman worries about political chaos from just *1-2%* structural unemployment.
5) Unlike every other economic revolution, we won't be able to just give these new people jobs, because soon enough, AIs will be able to do THOSE jobs better/faster/cheaper too.
6) Imagine pushing a button to create 500,000 alien workers who literally work 24/7. For pennies. Yes, they're going to take all the jobs.

Bond yields are one of the most important variables for equity markets because they effectively determine the “risk free” return available to investors
US 10Y yield is currently ~5.25%
Why does this matter for equities?
If an investor can earn ~5.25% from a US government bond, equities need to offer a meaningfully higher expected return to justify taking additional risk
This directly impacts P/E multiples
A simple way to understand it is through the inverse of the bond yield:
At a 5.25% yield: 1 / 5.25% = ~19x
You can think of this as a rough “P/E equivalent” or inverse yield multiple for bonds
- 4% yield = ~25x
- 5% yield = ~20x
- 6% yield = ~16.7x
Now suppose a stock trades at 25x P/E
Its earnings yield is: 1 / 25 = 4%
So when a risk free government bond itself offers ~5.25%, investors naturally demand a higher return from equities
That is where the Equity Risk Premium comes in
Equities carry risk & price volatility, so investors need to be compensated for taking that additional risk
If bond yields rise while equity earnings yields remain unchanged, this risk premium gets squeezed.
The market can adjust in two ways:
Earnings rise, or stock prices fall & P/E multiples compress
Of course, equities can grow earnings over time while bond coupons generally do not, so this is not a direct apples to apples comparison
But the key point remains:
Higher bond yields raise the hurdle rate for equities
