🚨 The real political firecracker will come after Diwali.
NDA will lock in the numbers and cross the crucial 2/3 majority mark.
One party from Maharashtra, two from the southern states, and one from the North will extend their support, tipping the balance in Parliament.
Once that happens, the Delimitation Bill and Women’s Reservation will sail through smoothly.
One person, one vote + 33% women in the House by 2029.
After the lights go out, India’s electoral map will be rewritten.

Usman is a multimillionaire, a highly praised cricketer and a multiple property owner. Australia gave him a dream life.
His wife converted to Islam for him. But nothing is enough. He still constantly moans about arbitrary nonsense, he still bags out his teammates, he still cries racism and he still moans about Australia. Throwing your teammates under the bus in retirement is pretty low.
One of the single worst blokes in our nation.
Exclusive: Usman Khawaja has revealed he was “pissed off’’ at Australia’s bowlers over their statement and has taken aim at the “ludicrous’’ stance of two teammates who blocked his plea to share the blame for sandpapergate.

BANGLADESH:
Ahead of Diwali, Jamaat-affiliated radical students at Dhaka’s Jagannath University have launched protests against Diwali celebrations on campus, reportedly branding the festival an act of “Hindutva aggression” and “Indian aggression.”
They are opposing Hindu students celebrating their festival, even as other religious celebrations, including Eid, are held on campus.
The irony? Jagannath University traces its origins to Hindu Zamindar Kishorilal Chowdhury.

Trump's stance towards India will surely get softened after the drubbing he has recieved in the mid term polls .
As it is ,on trade, tariffs , Russian oil purchases and weapon purchases , India had no time for the Americans .
US and India will continue to view Pakistan , Middle East chaos and China differently .
In the new multipolar geopolitivs , interests of both US and India may be at variance many a times and even collide with any kind of American arrogance .

• India plans to make it mandatory for electricity distributors to procure some energy storage capacity alongside their renewable energy purchases, primarily to reduce wastage of clean power from solar and wind.
• Power Secretary Pankaj Agarwal said details (including the exact storage requirement) are still under discussion, with the rules expected to be finalised by March 2027; the policy also converts an existing advisory for renewable developers into a mandatory requirement.
• The move addresses high curtailment rates (around 11% of solar output lost during peak summer months despite record demand) and follows recent government subsidies for storage projects such as batteries and pumped hydro.

While in Tier-1 cities, you can find dozens of good schools. But once you move to Tier-3/4 towns or villages, you might find only a handful of genuinely good schools.
Millions of families in India belong to the middle-class and below-middle-class segments. Some struggle to make ends meet every month, while others manage to move one step at a time, create opportunities and help their children succeed.
The same applies to listed companies. We have thousands of them, but many will disappear or fail over the next 7–10 years. A handful, however, will go on to become much bigger businesses.
What's the common characteristic here?
Maybe God's divine blessings or a bit of luck. But, more often than not, it comes down to hard work, discipline and managing things better.
One word that captures all these attributes is MANAGEMENT.
The headmaster/headmistress and a handful of dedicated teachers would have made all the difference to those few good schools. Similarly, disciplined, hardworking and financially conscious parents would have made the difference to those families and their children's futures.
We keep looking for good stock ideas. Perhaps we should change the starting point.
Look for good management teams with ethics, hunger, aspiration and a willingness to work hard. These are the businesses that have the potential to create consistent wealth for shareholders.
Laurus Labs, Sansera Engineering, Sona BLW, Innomet Advanced and OBSC Perfection are a few examples.
Listen to their concalls, follow their media interactions and observe their behavior. Look for signs of inconsistency, lack of discipline, excessive storytelling or capital misallocation. Equally importantly, look for evidence that management walks the talk.
When you don't find these red flags and continue to see evidence of execution, you know you have a business worth shortlisting.
Once we shortlist a company, at what valuation to buy and at what valuation to sell is a personal choice, driven by conviction and data.
But perhaps we should change the sequence. Start with management, hunger and aspiration. Don't start with valuations and PAT.
Happy Diwali!
