🌈ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT🌈
Vicky is an Actor, Singer and Voice Over Artist who graduated from ALRA North/Rose Bruford Wigan 2 years ago. She also trained in Musical Theatre at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. She loves writing poetry in her free time and is a strong advocate for underrepresented voices in the arts. Vicky is currently filming as the lead in an upcoming docuseries and is very excited to share it with the world. Vicky's performance is a love letter to adolescent self-discovery, both cringingly relatable and a celebration of acceptance.

Wow. The fact that I know people who were in their first year when ALRA closed and are now going through this again in their third ... well, it's quite something.
Hoping everyone involved gets the support they need. ❤️
Rose Bruford College has closed its acting course and campus in Wigan – which it took on following the shock closure of ALRA in 2022 – in a move its leaders called a "solely financial decision".

it’s also saddening to see this affordable alternative to big city drama school training disappear. A ginormous hole left in the sector, not many IF any alternatives to chose now for those seeking conservatoire training away from the expense of the inner cities. The gap increases
So disappointed for the newest cohort. Given them hope, just for it to be dashed again.
