The age old tale
"I sold 44 thousand placeholders, now i will do a few hours work to make some traits, let people REVEAL, and then walk away with liquidity ❤️"
I put a lot of time and effort into the Spritehood mint to ensure it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, the minters are the only ones who can judge the experience but I am happy and I would call it a success. I was proud of the site when I opened it up to the public, I think it was a fun design and I am glad I stressed over the little things as much as I did. I want everything moving forward to be built with the same love, if I don't like it, it's not getting shipped. I am prioritizing quality over speed. Originally, the wisps were never supposed to be a thing and the mint was supposed to be a custom sprite builder, I actually spent a lot of time building the custom sprite builder but it wasn't ready so I separated the beginning of Spritehood into 2 phases. Phase 1 is complete and I'm back working on Phase 2 which was supposed to be Phase 1. Adjusting your strategy as a creator is crucial and I have a very fluid/flexible mindset moving forward. Everything is being built out of my own personal passion for NFTs and digital art and when I'm ready to reveal what comes next, I need to ensure I believe in it. No matter what though, there is unlimited risk, you never know what art people will like and resonate with until it comes alive. The best part of the NFT culture is the experiments and the trial and error. You have to be willing to try new things. You have to be willing to take that risk when others are too scared. Releasing a collection size of 44,444 was extremely risky and made a lot of people mad, but it worked. It sold out in one hour. I could have played it safe and done 5k and made everyone happy, but it's not what I believed in, it's not what i wanted to do. You have to trust your gut, nobody elses. I have a delusional belief in myself as a creator and as a human and it's something I want to carry for the rest of my life. I have made countless mistakes in the world of NFTs but the lessons I've learned through all of it have helped shape me into the creator I am today. There are countless people supporting me here and I appreciate every single one of you. It's difficult to put into words how excited I am to be doing this. As nervous as I was, I could not believe how many people are rooting for me. Thank you, to each and every single one of you. Today is day 2, soon it will be day 20, and in the blink of an eye it will be day 200. ❤️

For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

I have information that Anthropic scraped my github twitter reddit discord and facebook posts for the development of it's Fable model.
To do this they developed a sophisticated internal platform to conduct large scale scraping and obfuscation of their actions.
We have information that Moonshot AI distilled Anthropic’s Fable for the development of its K3 model.
To do this they developed a sophisticated internal platform to conduct large scale distillation against U.S. models, allowing them to quickly switch between multiple methods of access to avoid detection. Moonshot AI has also acquired GB300-equipped servers and has accessed GB300s in Thailand, likely to train its AI models.
The United States strongly supports the free and fair development of AI, including a thriving competitive ecosystem that spans frontier models, specialized systems, open-source frameworks, and open-weight models. Legitimate AI distillation used to create smaller, more efficient models plays a vital role in this open innovation ecosystem. However, large-scale, covert industrial distillation aimed at stealing proprietary U.S. technology and undermining American research is unacceptable.

One pattern I find useful for working with LLMs is a nice long ramble session. Sometimes the LLM needs more bits to understand what you're trying to achieve, but you're too lazy to type them. In these cases I like to lean back, switch to /voice and just ramble for like 10 minutes, total mess, anything goes, full stream of consciousness. Sometimes I declare it up top, something like "switching to speech recognition sorry for any typos...". Sometimes I turn it into a small interview of a few turns. But I find that the LLMs are somehow very good at reconstructing long incoherent rambles and often their echo of your own tangle of thoughts comes out quite a bit cleaner than what you started with. The result is that you improve the mind meld and have to correct things less from that point on.

I just might give vibe coding a shot.
Not because I don't like to do programming, but because I've been having a lot of trouble hiring talented programmers, and I'll probably feel less bad about firing a chat bot.
I'm thinking it could make the dull tools I'd need to make myself to make this darn game. Like a map editor, or a node graph visualizer.
Bonus points if they can be used to bounce esoteric ideas at. Like what the canonical simplest trinary logic gate should be.
What options should I look into?
Oh and if anyone tips on restaurants that serve crow, that could come in handy.

We've doubled usage limits for all individual and teams plans!
These limits apply to Grok, Composer, and any new Cursor models.

GPT-5.6 Sol confirmed to be an extremely good model
Beginning July 20, Claude Fable 5 will be included in all Max and Team Premium plans, at 50% of limits.
Pro and Team Standard users will continue to have access to Fable via usage credits, and will receive a one-time $100 credit.
Demand for Fable has been challenging to predict, which is why we rolled it out to subscription plans in stages, extending access several times as we secured additional capacity.

I worked on building an end-to-end encrypted email/docs/files/calendar app @skiffprivacy for 4 years and care deeply about privacy.
ZDR and /privacy are always respected in Grok Build - and swapping your setting with /privacy deletes any synced data retoractively
We care deeply about your privacy and respect customer choice. For teams using zero data retention, no trace and code data is ever retained. All API key use of Grok Build also respects ZDR.
If ZDR is disabled, the /privacy command is available in the CLI to disable data retention, which also deletes previously synced data.
Run the /privacy command to view or change your settings at any time.
