I'm a huge fan of Iris in the comics, which is why I thought Barry was going to end up with Jessica, even though he was dating Iris in The Flash comics

Disliking someone is human. Creating fake stories to destroy them is jealousy and a whole mental issue. Seek help, not attention.

i hate it when people watch a show and blame a character for acting a certain way when WE as the audience know stuff they dont. not every single character is going to know everything and all perspectives from the get go. its stupid

Also the reason they even feel so strongly about any of their scenes is because of their chemistry . If they weren’t able to pull it off the scenes would fall flat and not get attention . it would be easy to ignore but we all know they can’t do that . 🤣

THIS! If their statements about chemistry were true then the show would bowed down to the popularity of that ship and change female leads. But they didn't and they even kept the friendship really solid cause it wasn't a spark the show could hang its hat on. Most people use the

you can always tell when someone’s resentful that a character/ship is more popular than the one they like and then they take it out on everybody 😭

You're still using the wrong word bc Joe was his legal guardian, not his foster parent. Look up the difference between the two. You want to so badly eliminate Henry's role as Barry's father in a poor attempt to nullify Iris' role in his life. The two most important people to him.

Barry didn't see Joe as father till after he became a flash & they buried the hatchet & Joe is aware Barry isn't son even if loves as one.

One thing The Flash got right was Team Flash ⚡ Barry was the one out there saving Central City, but he never did it alone Cisco was the genius behind so many of his inventions, Caitlin kept the team going when things got bad, Harry brought his intelligence and experience, Joe was the father figure Barry could always count on, Wally proved that Barry wasn't the only West who could wear the suit, and Iris. they helped Barry become a better hero, carried some of the show's most memorable moments, and gave us characters worth caring about beyond the superhero action
