Please read and share this urgent call to action.
#HR9495 is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and could kneecap our ability to organize resistance to Trump’s agenda.

It’s been 2 years since the Central American Minors Program was restored, but families who applied BEFORE Trump ended the program are STILL waiting to be reunited. The U.S. government can and MUST do more to get CAM youth to safety & reunited with their families. #CAMCantWait

Who's going to bail out the farmworker families that live in Pajaro & feed the nation?
The undocumented immigrants who don't have renters/flooding insurance? Who can't afford to evacuate.
The #essential workers tending to the farms right now. What about them?

When a heat wave hits, LAUSD's 6,400 acres of shadeless asphalt schoolyard are some of the hottest places in the entire city. If it's 90+ these students won't get to play outside.
It doesn't have to be this way! Tell the school board to take action today: angelenosforgreenschools.com…

It took a lot of courage for @ultracricket to risk arrest again after just having been arrested.
Climate scientist Dr. Rose Abramoff @ultracricket
was arrested for the second time in three days with @DecEmergency and indigenous activists in DC for blocking a major highway at rush hour.

We owe a debt to young people, civil society & indigenous communities for sounding the climate alarm & holding leaders accountable.
We must build on their work to create a #ClimateAction movement that can't be ignored.
