Love this reframing and makes sense why I can power through work in mornings, was feeling guilty about not committing to my routine but will try this shift 👊🙏
One new hack I learn: Start the day with 1-3 hours of focus, not your morning routine.
2 reasons:
1/ When you wake up, you have very few thoughts so it is very easy to focus and crush your big task of the day
2/ Once you finish this task, then do the morning routine (meditation/ cold shower) as your recovery. So then you can continue to be in flow state
