We are excited to announce the experimental release of the UI Toolkit Connector for Figma (com.unity.ui.figma 0.1.0-exp.1) 🎨✨
Bridge the gap between Figma and the Unity Editor: turn Figma frames into real, editable UXML and sync the updates you choose back.

Last week, I worked on a small project to bring back a game I built years ago! It was originally made for mobile, and I used agentic workflows to turn it into a Mixed Reality tabletop game. 🙌
⚙️ Tools I used:
- Muse Code (𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗲-𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝟭.𝟬)
- Unity / Unity CLI
- Meta SDKs (ISDK, MRUK, PSDK)
- Meta VR CLI
- Adobe Photoshop
My plan is to launch it in the store as a demo by tomorrow morning and I’ll be doing a video about my learnings!
The original mobile game video is on this thread👇

Unity was founded on the idea of democratizing game development. Today, together with our partners at Google, we’re bringing the power of the Unity platform to a new generation of human creators — creators using artist-created art to build and iterate together on real games.

🚨NEW EXPERIMENT 🚨
Playground is an experimental gaming platform that lets you create your own games with zero coding experience. If you can think it, you can play it.
Go to labs.google/playground to learn more! Available to users 18+ in the US.

Holy smoke 🔥 Google and Unity just announced a strategic partnership.
They launched Playground ( experimental) , a browser-based tool where you can build a game using just prompts.
It’s currently available to users in the U.S, 18+, but this is awesome, man..

Hello everyone! 👋🕶️
I put Meta Muse Code + the Unity CLI to the test with a real Unity project to see how far I could push this agentic workflow. Instead of just generating code, I wanted to see how it could actually interact with Unity, run tests, validate changes, port the game to other platforms, and help convert an existing project into VR. 🤯

Starting with a standalone Mini Golf game, I used Muse Code to:
- Control & interact with Unity through the Unity CLI
- Create Play Mode tests + run them with unity run_tests
- Build a website that stores test history, screenshots, results & execution times
- Port the game to Three.js
- Convert the original standalone Unity game to VR with the Unity CLI + Meta VR CLI
- Test the VR version with Meta XR Simulator
- Create more advanced shaders, such as procedurally generated stars, comets, and reveal/occluder effects
Let me know if you’ve any questions. I had so much testing Muse Code powered by Muse Spark 1.2 & creating various prototypes!
Hello everyone! 👋🕶️
Unity recently released the new Unity CLI and made Unity MCP free. In today’s video, I explore whether MCP is still needed while covering editor and module management, C# execution with eval, automated builds, testing, and Codex integration! 🚀

I also built a very cool mini golf game using Codex and Unity CLI. Then I remotely control the game directly from the terminal. You’ll want to see this! ⛳
Let me know if you’ve any questions below. I had so much fun making this one!

We’re excited to introduce the Unity CLI, our new terminal-native path for connecting coding agents, CI pipelines, and custom tooling to Unity.
Unity MCP remains fully supported for your existing setups but to help with the transition, the CLI includes an "MCP Mode," allowing you to leverage existing MCP-based agents without starting from scratch.
We want to remove barriers to innovation, so we are making these tools free! Both the CLI and MCP will be free, with no concurrency limits on the MCP server.
We’re opening the Editor to EVERYONE 🤝
For 20 years, the Unity Editor is where a whole generation of games has taken shape. But a game isn’t built in the Editor alone.
That’s why we’re building an API and set of services that open a Unity production to the tools, roles, and agents around it - no full Editor access required. Preview the real game, automate from the terminal, and use whatever tool fits the job.
Now available in closed beta.
Last year we announced a partnership with Epic Games to bring Unity to Fortnite - and today, we want to show you where we are.
This is Fantasy Kingdom: a Unity game rendering natively inside @UnrealEngine. Physics, lighting, input: all synchronized between engines🎮👇

Platform reach is a huge priority for us.
In case you missed it: we announced support for XREAL AURA, the newest addition to Google's Android XR ecosystem and Unity's first-ever support for wired XR glasses.
XREAL AURA also uses hand tracking instead of controllers - a shift the broader XR industry is making. Our recent XR Hands package updates help you make that transition too.
We're excited to bring support for this groundbreaking new device 🎮✨

Meta and Unity are continuing to work together to make Quest development more efficient and easier to iterate on from first setup, to input, to performance, to validation.
By connecting Unity’s environment with Meta’s Quest platform tools, AI can help reduce friction in project setup, platform configuration, input systems, and optimization.
