Predicting the subsurface is one of the riskiest and most challenging jobs out there. Even with the tools, the uncertainties are just too high.

The future will even be more brutal. Children are smarter now. They see through BS and manipulation from any of their parents. Good or bad, you don’t need to manipulate them, they see it all. Just allow them be the judge.

This is usually the end of mothers who weaponize their children against the fathers. That’s why I tell men, if you find yourself in this situation, don’t fight it. The children will come to you sooner or later. Nobody can take your place in their lives.

So I experienced something today Someone was rushed to the hospital because of a headache and chest heaviness. A known hypertensive who refuses to take bp medications. His wife said he prefers taking turmeric, zobo and bitterleaf water and this helps control the bp. Suddenly he made a weird sound. That was his last breath. Guys, please hypertension is not something that is cured completely with any drug or herbal concoction. Even as you hope for a miracle please take your drugs. This may not apply directly to you but you have elderly people around or young people with hypertension. Encourage them to check their BP regularly and take their drugs every day. This is way better than the sudden painful death that comes with a hypertensive emergency.

People need to take genital hygiene more seriously. It deserves just as much attention as your skincare routine. You can have glowing skin, expensive moisturisers and perfume that announces your arrival before you enter a room, but please, don’t neglect the department downstairs. 😂 Jokes aside, genital hygiene is about more than smelling fresh; it’s about preventing irritation and maintaining good health. Gentle cleaning with water is usually sufficient for the external genital area. Avoid harsh soaps, scented products and unnecessary intimate washes. Men should gently clean beneath the foreskin if uncircumcised, while women should remember that the organ is self-cleaning. Clean the external area and avoid douching. Change your underwear daily and after excessive sweating. Wear breathable fabrics and avoid staying in damp clothing for too long. And remember, pubic hair is perfectly normal; removing it isn’t a requirement for cleanliness. Practise safer sex, consider appropriate STI testing and don’t ignore persistent itching, unusual discharge, sores or pain. Seek medical advice instead of self-medicating. Ultimately, good genital hygiene doesn’t require expensive products or complicated rituals. Consistency, gentle cleaning and proper drying matter most. Your face deserves skincare, but your private parts deserve proper care too. Looking good is great, but staying healthy, comfortable and informed is even better. Every department deserves competent management! 😂

I know someone who made over ₦200 million during COVID-19. This was someone I fed and sponsored financially for five years, including his daily lifestyle. He was the only person I gave unrestricted access to my home. He could visit at any time of the day, and he even had a room in my apartment where he could sleep whenever he came around. Whenever I went shopping for clothes on the Island, he would pick out clothes alongside me. We would go clubbing all night, and I would give him plenty of cash to spray. Sometimes, I would spend over ₦200,000 on drinks alone. Then COVID-19 happened, and my guy made about ₦200 million. He bought four cars almost immediately, relocated to the Island, and made new friends. At a time when clubs were closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown, my guy was taking flights to Abuja to party with his new circle of friends. The day our friendship took a bitter turn was when my car broke down, and I asked him to lend me one of his cars so I could attend an outing and secure a business deal with a firm in Ilupeju. His excuse was that his girlfriend was coming to collect one of the cars for an occasion. As for the other two, he said he only drove them occasionally and could not lend them to anyone, not even his father. That was the moment I decided to stop talking to him. To be sincere, it hurt. After everything I had done for him over the years, I never imagined that asking for a simple favour would expose how much our friendship had changed. Some time later, he relocated to the UK. Four years later, I ran into him last week at a club in Ajao Estate. From the beginning of the night until the end, the hype man kept calling my name as I stole the show. Eventually, he approached me to say hello. I snubbed him. Never forget the people who stood by you when you had nothing. Money can buy you new friends and a luxurious lifestyle, but it cannot rewrite your history.
