@uberAgentApp is really amazing. ~10 months ago they had zero known issues. uberagent.com/blog/zero-bug-… but they don't stop there and continue to bring useful features to Citrix admins. If you have a chance, you should definitely try @uberagent as a Citrix monitoring solution.
