Our final episode is out today. Here’s to all the people who welcomed us into their living rooms and kitchens to share pasts that were difficult to share, difficult to hear, but ultimately built one of Montreal’s lesser-known victories. Un gros merci to all.
“So, yeah, we won the long game. And I'm proud of that.” After years of fighting, LGBTQ+ activists in Montreal finally start to see their efforts pay off – and crimes being solved. Listen to the finale of The Village: The Montreal Murders: smarturl.it/thevillagecbc

I've been busy working with @francisplourde and @michigagnon throughout the winter on S3 of TheVillage getting pretty excited to share this story that takes place in #90's Montreal in the coming weeks...
Replying to @cbcpodcasts
As more and more gay men are found murdered in 1990s Montreal, the city reckons with both the AIDS crisis – and a possible serial killer. This 7-part season of The Village, hosted by @francisplourde, explores the origins of an activist movement and the slow march toward justice.

We've been getting questions about the beautiful music of #TellingOurTwistedHistories, powered by @MusiqueNomade artists! For those asking, the theme song for the podcast is "The Crow Hop" by Tee Cloud from the album Four Sacred Colours (2019) Listen: youtu.be/OsCq6Ab4S3w

Great hopes in tween-sized podcast packages.
Hans is 12 and running his own business. He’s happy about the money, esp since he’s saving up for a falcon, but it’s not the only thing he’s getting out of it. It’s helped him learn about loyalty and trust: smarturl.it/micdropcbc #MicDropCBC @TRAXNetwork
