I think it's fair to speculate that this is why Farwell has not pled out. Perhaps he wasn't offered one because this trial needed to happen to advance another investigation.
All it would take is comparing the FBI’s notes of this call to Lindsey’s corroborating account of the phone call to prove it. Why would Kate Peter and Joe Warren even know who the woman was who called and told on Sandra Birchmore and Farwell?
Kate was at my house. The girl was on the phone with the FBI and either had Joe on a 3way call or was with him in person and had the call on speaker (unbeknownst to FBI). Joe then called Kate on a 3way call unbeknownst to the FBI. Kate put it on speaker for me to hear, also unbeknownst to the FBI. It was a triple wiretap.
