Not only was Judge Mousley following the letter of the law, he is a fine and well-respected judge. The jury convicted of murder anyway, but had Mousley not left the alternative of manslaughter he would have left the conviction wide open to an appeal.

This shithouse is Judge William Mousley. He instructed the jury to consider a charge of manslaughter in the Henry Nowak stabbing, which was clearly murder. Another two-tier case in our disgusting justice system. Where is the punishment? How many more innocents need to die? This whole system needs tearing out like a cancer.
