Judge quashed the planning permission granted to Spurs to concrete Whitewebbs Park.
The judge found that Enfield planning department mislead it's own planning committee by hiding comments from it's own Ecology Officer and failing to disclose crucial documents.

It's been a long fight but we have seen off Daniel Levy, seen off the then Labour administration in Enfield and now we have sent Spurs packing.
If Spurs really support women's football then they can lift their sex ban on the 17 world class training pitches they already have.
Enfield's planning department needs a total shake up to prevent this kind of shocking, costly shambles ever happening again.

BREAKING: Under-fire judge live-streamed a "show trial" ruling to embellish the persecution of four of the Filton 25 for destroying genocidal weapons destined for Gaza.
The judge, who represented law enforcement throughout his legal career, deployed Islamophobic terror laws and sentenced Charlotte Head (6 years), Samuel Corner (8 years and 8 months), Leona Kamio (6 years), and Fatema Zainab Rajwani (5 years and 8 months) for their brave action at an Elbit Systems factory, where they dismantled 40 military weapons, including deadly quadcopters, destined for use in the Gaza genocide.
The four took courageous action to end Britain's complicity in the genocide. Yet throughout their trial, jurors were prevented from hearing key evidence about the purpose of their actions, the role of Elbit Systems, or that a guilty verdict could result in terrorism-related sentencing.
The case has become one of the most manipulated prosecutions in recent memory.

🚨BREAKING -- A judge has ruled that four Palestine Action activists will be sentenced with a "terrorism connection".
Samuel Corner, Leona Kamio, Fatema Rajwani, and Charlotte Head appeared in Woolwich Crown Court today after being convicted of criminal damage at an Elbit Systems factory in 2024.
Judge Johnson ruled: "I am sure each of the defendant's offence involved serious damage to property, was designed to influence the UK government, to intimidate a section of the public, and was for the purpose of advancing a political or ideological cause".
The section of the public referred to by Johnson was employees of and companies linked to Elbit Systems, which he said constitutes a "section of the public".
Johnson added: "It follows I am bound by this legislation to find that the offence in each case had a terrorist connection and apply that as an aggravating factor in increasing the seriousness of the offence".
This is the first time in British history that terrorism provisions have been used against direct action activists.

After making over 100 arrests in Woolwich for holding paper signs, the Met appeared flummoxed at the volume of activists and disappeared for a couple of hours. Scores of sign-holders simply went home.
When police returned, they violently arrested a few more.

Today four activists face terror-related sentences for taking direct action against an Elbit Systems weapons factory in Filton, Bristol - a factory that makes drones sent to the genocidal apartheid state of Israel to kill Palestinians in Gaza.
Back in April, I warned in Parliament that jurors would not be told terrorism sentences could follow a criminal damage conviction.
No terrorism charges were ever brought. The proscription against Palestine Action has since been ruled unlawful. The defendants were even prevented from telling the jury they acted to stop genocide.
This is a Labour government defending Israeli death factories and stripping away all of our fundamental rights.
Everyone who cares about our democracy should be outraged.

Apartheid South Africa and Nazi Germany needed compliant judges to provide a legal veneer to their darkest crimes.
Judge Johnson joins their wretched company. He overturned a jury's conviction of four anti-genocide activists for criminal damage and sentenced them as terrorists instead.
As one their barristers pointed out, the four defendants were initially arrested by police on suspicion of involvement in an act of terrorism. But the prosecution decided not to charge them with terrorism offences because it knew no jury would ever convict them based on the evidence.
Instead the Crown held two trials: a sham one for the jury, and the real one conducted in secret by the judge. That is not justice. It is a show trial worthy of the worst tyrannical regimes.

BREAKING: Justice Jeremy Johnson has ruled that the Filton 4 will be sentenced as terrorists – even though two juries refused to convict them of violence charges over their efforts to disable an Israeli factory in the UK making killer drones for use in Gaza. They were found guilty of a minor charge of criminal damage.
Judge Johnson kept the jury in the dark of his plans to sentence the four as terrorists. This is the first time in British legal history that anyone has been sentenced as a terrorist for damaging property. It's a very dark moment in an increasingly authoritarian Britain.
Thousands of legal professionals complained about Johnson's clear abuses of legal procedures to help the government's case for proscribing Palestine Action as a terrorist group.
Johnson has now proved this was always a show trial.
