I’m an advocate of the Thursday/Friday schedule which we’ve adopted in the Discord Super League this season. No right or wrong answer but a matter of preference in how you like to set decision making timeline and league activity interaction

I've been a strong advocate of leagues adopting waiver wire runs later in the week. Historically Togga was run on Tue & Thu, however, moving to Thu & Fri, would IMO be preferable. I will lay out my thoughts below, but it would be good to hear the #DraftPL communities' opinions...

Love a good chuckle in the morning. I have this same requirement in one of my leagues. Hoping I don’t end up like @FPLHazardous 😁 anytime soon.

Changing my profile pic as punishment for holding last place in one of my leagues this year. Early analysis and results from my squad indicate that this could be my profile picture for a while. 😂 And now I regret agreeing to this. #NewProfilePic

Proud of this one. Whole lot of depth from @wrigavin and I on loads of incoming transfers. Don’t miss the loan returnees at the bottom either. Lot of guys (you probably haven’t heard of) that I’m excited for, outside the big names!

Prediction time: RCM a close call between Kovacic, RLC but I've gone Zakaria. Rest should pick itself with the injuries. Koulibaly (KK) vs Badiashile @ LCB only other position under threat. Ziyech and Mount would be surprising. RLC could be RWB if it's a back 3 with KK in for Kai

Because @DraftLad & @tottiandor have pushed me into doing so. I am going to share my Chelsea team predictions* each week. I have been a part of the project started by @Jumpthewave and want to thank her for her excellent work organising the group. Averaging ~9/11 over 2 seasons.

After a brief hiatus, #DraftPL WAR is BACK! Kieran Trippier is well on his way to taking the 22/23 WAR crown, helped along tremendously by the lack of any other high-end defender competition (next best is Fabian Schär at 10th, with half the WAR) Full ranks found below 👇

City defenders* are so tempting, especially during DGWs, but they're always so underwhelming. Without a CS they are basically busts, and they've only had one more CS than Leicester! * Cancelo notwithstanding

Love this idea from @dutchcowb0y Here’s mine from 12-man league: 🥇Co-MVPs: Kane (draft) & Trippier (trade) 🎯Best pickup: Mitoma 🎯Best trade: Trippier for Gundo + $10 😭Disappointed: VVD

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 After three years of running our overthinkingfootball.com website, we are beginning the transition to a substack newsletter. We were hoping that this could wait until the off-season, but Twitter’s impressively rapid decline has forced our hand. 🧵 (1/6)
