Our latest portfolio addition! Big plans for both on grid and behind the meter.
Texas Load House, Hood County.
🔰 17 MW live. Near-term path to 111 MW of grid capacity, subject to ERCOT.
🔰 Tensor IQ is the offtake on that 17 MW — 7,748 NVIDIA B300s targeted Q2 2027, subject to definitive agreements. Indicative 15-year power-lease revenue on that 17 MW: ~$546 million, assuming full utilization.

Gina Hinojosa just won the Texas governor's race and this could become a pretty big headache for several AI infrastructure stocks.
Looking at the chart, companies like $IREN, $GLXY, $CIFR, $RIOT, $FRMI, and $CORZ have some of the highest exposure to Texas, while $CRWV and $BTDR have moderate exposure. Meanwhile, companies like $NBIS, $APLD, and $WULF have relatively little direct exposure, which could actually work in their favor if Texas starts restricting new data center development. The biggest concern here is that Hinojosa has called for a moratorium on new data centers until additional safeguards around electricity, water, and local communities are established. That could potentially delay future expansions and push revenue timelines further out for companies that are heavily dependent on Texas.
Personally, I still think the AI buildout will continue regardless of who is in office. AI infrastructure spending is the most important driver of economic growth in the US and significantly slowing it down could create another major headwind for an economy that is already facing plenty of uncertainty. I understand the concerns surrounding electricity and water consumption, but the last thing we need is to start slowing down one of the biggest investment cycles in American history. Especially when so much of our future economic growth is increasingly tied to AI. At the end of the day, I think these projects will move forward, but investors need to pay close attention to which companies have already secured approvals and which ones are still relying on future expansions.
🤝 Paid partnership
Texas is a pressure point for the AI buildout. Democrat Gina Hinojosa has called for a moratorium on new data centers until lawmakers establish safeguards around power, water and local communities. A broader pause could delay construction and push expected revenue further out.
Stocks like $IREN and $GLXY have substantial Texas exposure through projects such as Sweetwater and Helios, making the treatment of future expansion especially important. Both companies have already secured conditional power classifications for key projects, so the impact would depend on which approvals a moratorium covers.
Stocks like $NBIS and $APLD have less direct exposure, with their disclosed core AI campuses outside Texas. $WULF has also completed the sale of its Abernathy stake, reducing its direct Texas exposure.
For investors, the distinction is where the next phase of growth is being built and which projects still need permission to move forward.

zcash:native Interesting money math on Zcash mining pools. We built @SluiceyPool to be different from the rest. The Zcash you mine goes direct to your @vizorwallet or @zodl_app or wherever else you prefer. And we built it to serve your fleet at the lowest possible cost because a pool fee should not be a major operational expense. 0.25% for those that join us today. That's not an introductory rate, that is the rate.
For every 1 G/Sol of hashrate you have producing today here are some numbers to consider if your current pool charges you as follows:
2% fee - Sluicey net savings $385k
1.5% fee - Sluicey net savings $275k
1% fee -Sluicey net savings $165k
Those numbers are based on network hashrate of 30 G/Sols and a price of $1,250.00. The higher the number goes for ZEC the more you save. Come try it out...I think your gonna like what you see. @trading_chi @speednotcomfort @Zcash @ZcashFoundation @truebittoken

On days like today, it's important to zoom out.
No, the AI Revolution is not "over," and the market is not "going to zero."
In fact, the Nasdaq 100 is up +11% YTD and nearly +70% since its April 2025 low.
Meanwhile, the S&P 500 is currently set to post a blended earnings +30.2% growth rate for Q3 2026.
This puts us on track for the third-straight quarter of earnings growth above 25%.
And, even after the biggest hack in crypto history, Bitcoin is down less than -5% this week.
Disruptive technologies like AI will inevitably bring heightened volatility, polarized positioning, and extreme swings in market sentiment.
However, do not let short-term volatility overshadow the broader picture.
We are in the midst of the biggest technological revolution in history.
Technical corrections are healthy, necessary, and an inevitable part of every bull market.
Do not lose sight of the bigger picture.

US mining is about 10.3 GW of already-energized capacity. It is the largest measured pool that can be redirected to AI without a new interconnect.
Of that, roughly 4–6 GW is under AI/HPC contract. About 0.6–0.9 GW is currently billing as AI. Roughly 5 GW is still mining or in conversion.
That is the difference. An already-energized site can move from contract to billing without waiting for a new interconnection study, substation, or multi-year construction cycle. Revenue starts while the rest of the queue is still in development. The sites that pivot reach profitability years before greenfield AI load comes online.

Necessity is the mother of invention.
AI compute can't wait years for grid connections, so it's adapting to travel to the power faster than ever.
Compute is becoming mobile. Power isn't.

NVIDIA $NVDA JUST INTRODUCED DSX POD, AI DATA CENTERS THAT SHIP IN CONTAINERS
Each one arrives with computing, cabling, power, and liquid cooling already installed, built around Nvidia's Vera Rubin systems. That cuts setup time at a ready site from 6 months to as little as 14 days.
Partners plan to deliver them worldwide in early 2027.
Jensen Huang: "An AI factory creates value when it starts producing tokens, not when construction is complete."
“With NVIDIA DSX POD, we’re bringing factory-built precision and speed to AI infrastructure construction — reducing deployment time from months to weeks so customers can scale capacity and bring revenue-generating production online faster.”

Not exactly a victory lap, but our little $BGDE team has been punching well above its weight since the MIGI takeover in April.
But a chart isn’t a mission.
We’re building infrastructure to create good jobs, support growing families and strengthen America. Prosperity requires power. Always has. Always will.
Just getting revved up. 🇺🇸

$BGDE I love this market. Irrational moments in markets are always the most fun because they typically don't factor the teams that are on the ground executing ignoring their screams of the never ending bottoms. Eyes forward, plan in place. Can't stop, won't stop. @trading_chi @speednotcomfort
🔰 Texas Load House, Hood County.
🔰 17 MW live on ERCOT. Path to 74 MW of grid power.
🔰 Brownfield industrial site outside the DFW ozone nonattainment counties. On-site gas generation falls under PSD, not nonattainment NSR with offsets/LAER. That means no buying scarce emission credits and no strictest-in-class control mandates, so permitting is faster, cheaper and more predictable. Speed to power is the biggest bottleneck in AI infrastructure.
🔰 Pipelines and power infrastructure are already on site. Four transmission lines cross the south side and tie into three on-site interconnections. That's why it can move faster than greenfield projects, even with the current TCEQ pause. $BGDE

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

Our track record over the past six years speaks for itself.
First, we were the pre-seed and seed investors in a leading modular AI data center manufacturer.
Separately, through our own private company, funded entirely with our own capital and no outside investors, we've built and commissioned more megawatts than $BGDE, the public company, currently owns.
Over the past several months, we've continued investing our own money into $BGDE, and now hold the largest shareholder position as a group. We've commissioned miners to strengthen our cash position and are actively improving our cash flow. We've also acquired a strong site in Hood County.
There's more in motion that we can't speak to yet. We're confident the direction will become clear.
