Replying to @assembla
@assembla auto-charged me for a year (inactive account). Asked for a refund & cancellation right away (day 1 of new cycle). Took 3 weeks for billing to call me back, made several attempts to get ahold of them. Offered me a refund of 1/3 payed #assembla #supportfail @paulglynch

@assembla offered me several options on support calls, eg switching to monthly but always reversed the offer after talking to management. @tinyarrows seems to have experienced wild charges as well.
