Perhaps there are other methods of communications one might use. Just a thought.
A gentle reminder: I only post here, as little as I can, in an attempt to potentially reach people who I think have lost their way, especially given the state of current events. I don't enjoy putting on the hazmat suit.
and after a certain number of attempts to reach people, I consider them unreachable, at least not via that method of communication.

I wish we saw more of this sort of quiet, positive civic engagement from the tech industry.
I would pick different charities than @codinghorror did, and articulate a non-identical version of the American Dream, but as he points out, public-spiritedness itself matters the most.
