我又又又发现了一个更好玩的地方，OneKey 今天更新最新用户协议，里面的签约主体，是香港 ONEKEY LIMITED。我顺藤摸瓜去查了查。
我查到这家公司的周年申报表显示，截至 2025 年 12 月 9 日，这家公司的已发行及已缴股本只有 1 港元。
中文用户跨境维权本来就难，如果签约主体没钱赔，又没有其他可追偿方，即使赢了官司，也可能拿不到钱。
还想问个问题，开曼母公司有没有法律上必须兜底的义务？有，请公布担保文件；没有，也请明确说明。
再看最新更新的赔偿条款：
第 15.4 条：在法律允许的最大范围内，对数字资产损失免责，无论损失由何种原因造成。
第 15.5 条：如果仍被认定要赔，一般累计上限是以下三项取最高值：涉案设备或备份产品的实付价格、事发前 12 个月支付给 OneKey 的相关服务费、100 美元。三项不相加，也不是保证赔付。
有些 KOL 收钱推广硬件钱包，安全性吹得天花乱坠，连最基本的用户协议都没看过。
厂家自身的安全缺陷导致用户丢币，赔不赔？赔多少？谁来赔？这些直接关系到用户利益的条款，好歹看一遍，提醒一下粉丝。
推广时只讲好处，出了问题就悄悄隐身，再用一句“我也不知情”推得干干净净。钱你收了，风险全让粉丝承担。
连这些最基本的功课都不做，还谈什么对粉丝负责？你不过是把粉丝当成赚钱的工具，用完就丢。

感谢回应，但你们还没有回答我最关心的问题。请正面回答：如果用户没有泄露助记词、没有误签授权，也没有使用假钱包，而是经查明，因 OneKey 自身硬件、固件或官方 App 的安全缺陷，直接导致资产被盗，你们究竟承担什么赔偿责任？
是不是你们条款里的 不超过 0.1 ETH 的市场价值与 100 新加坡元两者中的较高者。
还是说全部兜底进行全额赔付呢？

ENS needs a product manager focused on everyday users. If the Owner and Manager are different, the Owner can’t even edit the records without syncing or changing the Manager first. Vision. io has been my entire existence for over 3.5 years. I've poured the essence of my soul into it, fought for it, been brought to my knees by it.

You are absolutely right, the use of ENS as a decentralized website is not being promoted properly. And yes, the Limo gateway was a complete nightmare a couple of years ago when it first appeared. But when this gateway appeared, I immediately started creating websites (they were crooked and skewed), but over time, decent tools for creating them appeared, and my collection has about 20 websites, and you will be surprised at how flexible and visually aesthetic they can be now. Here are a few of them: its.eth.limo / h2o.eth.limo / heck.eth.limo / panel.eth.limo / cloudy.eth.limo
Moreover, they no longer require a separate browser; they work perfectly and without complaint in Brave/Google/Opera (I use all three daily). Such sites also have a number of undeniable advantages:
- True decentralization and no censorship
- Full control and ownership
- Integration with Web3 and the crypto economy
- Simplified identification and brand development
- Global accessibility
.limo also attracts attention, and many people are starting to use them as their own resume, such as eetu.eth.link, or as a single location for their contacts, such as heck.eth.limo
And most importantly, I want to correct this unventilated attitude towards decentralized sites on ENS😁
