OpenAI just introduced SORA: new text2video #AI model.
While everyone is just posting mind-blowing examples, I want to talk about the consequences.

Let's call out trickle down economics for what it is: the Conservatives doling out hand outs to the super rich, while ordinary people struggle. It didn't work in the past, it won’t work now.

What an incredible match, both Raducanu and Fernandez deserving winners. We're gonna see a lot more of them over the coming years #USOpen

Fantastic article on the pros and cons of AMP, and how it relates to Google's upcoming Core Web Vitals page experience metrics
"If your mobile site is able to achieve a 2.5-second LCP for key landing pages, you’re unlikely to see a return on resource investment with AMP."
Historically, I've been pro AMP pages as I care more about reach than control. But with Google's recent announcement about the top stories carousel, it was time for a #seo deep dive. searchenginejournal.com/amp-…

Wow, huge news. Google confirms that various user engagement signals will become official ranking factors in 2021, such as:
- mobile-friendliness
- load time
- safe-browsing
- stability of content
- HTTPS
- intrusive interstitials

Figma.com is – hands down – the most impressive web app I've ever used. Having the image editor in the browser makes everything easier, but an underrated killer feature, which I think is going to change how we build apps, is their REST API.
