Female athletes please do not fear any phase of your menstrual cycle. World records, PBs, world cup finals, etc. have been won by women across all days of the menstrual cycle

Dina Asher-Smith has called for more research into the effect of periods on performance.
She revealed her cycle caused her to pull up with cramp at #Munich2022.
