Impressed by @DeskLodge_RDG (DeskLodge Reading) today. 25 mins from London Paddington, 1 minute from #Reading Station. Warm welcome, excellent service, first-class, characterful meeting & office spaces. Well done @tomball2 & team - doing your @DeskLodgeBRS siblings proud! 👏 🚆🏙

Helping Mum deal with Dad dying means dealing with a lot of different companies. @tescomobile took a six minute phone call (including wait time). @bt_uk has taken six hours so far - still not resolved and still sending Mum erroneous bills. What about bereaved who don't have help?

Three more broken promises of phone calls from someone to fix it. Two more hours dealing with @bt_uk CUTTING OFF an old woman's phone line with no warning. Her Internet is live after just 2.5 months. But the new "digital voice" is not, her phone number doesn't work. BT suck

Luckily I recorded all calls with @bt_uk for training and monitoring purposes - so can share the details with @Ofcom to try and avoid more widows having to be isolated for 2.5 months and need someone to spend 12-14 hours trying to move a phone line 100 metres for them.

Do not use @bt_uk - Ofcom rules say that you CAN port your number - regardless of what the different call handlers say: ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms… (They were charging my parents £160/month!!!! It should have been less than half. It's taken 8 hours and counting to resolve)

Let's change Lensa defaults so people who choose Female can be Astronauts (and ideally Super Heroes - alongside traditionally feminine options). This feels like a small thing that can make a difference. Role models matter. Please share/RT so @PrismaAI fix this by 14th Dec!

Photos in the app are in "themes": - Male = Mystical, Sci-fi, Stylish, Cyborg, Anime, Rock Star, Superhero, Adventure, Astronaut, Cosmic - Female = Fantasy, Fairy Princess, Focus, Pop, Stylish, Anime, Light, Kawaii, Iridescent, Cosmic I'd like Astronaut to be in both. #RoleModel

I'd love Lensa from @PrismaAI even more if it didn't force stereotyped gendered photos on users. Perhaps a third option? When I see female friends pushed into busty maidens and earth princesses I feel we've gone backwards. I love mine as they are though. Fyi @AndreyUsoltsev

The team is probably very busy right now focusing on dealing with spike in growth. I'll lovingly flag their investors to try and steer when they come up for air! @TaverCapital @palta and @Elysium_Invest I think. On mobile and struggling to find them!

As you might have read, Twitter’s Curation team - which I led - was disbanded last week. 🧵 The multilingual team, located in 9 cities, provided content intelligence for ML-driven products, trends context and highlighted credible content when Twitter really needed it.

I love how music can take you to another place. For example @JamesBlunt is playing in this cafe, so now I'm going to a different cafe.
