Doors open day is officially next Monday. We’re excited to welcome you back to tables. Brunch and evening menu favourites will return, with opening hours: 9am- 9pm (8pm indoors). No need to book. Usual Covid safety precautions apply. ✌️

A foggy morning in the capital. I took a walk to the shore to try and capture the mist. I sketched as the cloud slowly lifted and revealed the buildings further along.
Not happy with the watercolour alone I added ink marks whilst grabbing a delicious flat white in @toastleith

I’ve just eaten the BEST piece of cake I’ve ever eaten. I do not make this statement lightly. The Chai Carrot Loaf from @toastleith is exquisite - moist, light, full of flavour & the chai elevates it. Topped with the fluffiest cream cheese frosting that ever existed. Perfection.
Toast is, and always will be, a cafe to our loyal customers, but while the law remains ambiguous we’ll be open for TAKEAWAY only from today until (hopefully) Monday 26th. Perseverance, it’s the Leith way...! #trytryagain
